Michael is top! He is the ultimate hair whisperer...I could not imagine having anyone else perfect my look on my wedding day except for him! The beauty of his talent is that you never have to tell him what you want or what to do; the results are always on point!
This is the first review I have ever made in my life as it is a very well deserved one to say the least. Hair is key to looking luminous, healthy & attractive and there is no better magician than Michael. Wherever you are, I’ll follow!
The worst experience I’ve ever had. Back in December 2020 I came to this venue to do a haircut with one of the hair artists (the most expensive category available). Artists are supposed to suggest the best haircut that fits my face. Instead I got a very mediocre experience as he just cut my hair straight. He also cut much more length than I asked for leaving me very frustrated. While paying for this mediocre service I complained to the receptionist who offered me a complementary haircut once my hair grows. There was no word being said that this complementary appointment should be booked within 2 weeks time. I left with a pleasant feeling that they do care about their clients. However, one year later after calling the venue to book an appointment for my complementary haircut I’ve been told that they cannot do that for me free of charge because it’ll be a completely new haircut then. Such a scam
I had an amazing first experience at this salon. Antonio is an outstanding stylist. He was very welcoming, super professional and a true expert in his field.
I am beyond happy with my new haircut and have already booked my next appointment to change my hair colour.

Always great service from the friendly team of Aldo Coppola London. I have been their customer the past 5 years and never had a reason to complain. My hair look healthy and I get many compliments about the colour. I enjoy my visits to their salon- nice atmosphere, coffee is good, the team is welcoming and the service is superb. It is not cheap but it’s worth it due to the quality and consistency of their work and natural products they use.
Today was my first visit at Aldo Coppola ever. It was such a nice luxury experience. Antony did great job for my hair. The receptionist was nice and translated for us during the consultation and my hairdresser made sure he understands what exactly I am looking for! Highly recommend for people who appreciate posh salons and services!
