Foods good but one of the employees was not to kind really. Price decent $7.99 for the all you can eat buffet. Drink separate.
Last visit didn't go well, was short handed , had to wait quite a while for food, ran out of food for buffet .was very hot, asked for air to be turned up, was sweating , food was very greasy( meatloaf). Tea was good
Sorry, not the Al's of old. They were out of several different items, some major, needed for what you wanted to order. Don't know if this is due to the new management?? I went for chicken tenders, ended up with BBQ, still not stellar. I'll give it awhile and try them again another time.
I feel like they were not very friendly, not customer savvy, kinda rude. We called in an order was going in to pick it up you couldn't and no where on the door or did they tell us that when we ordered. Had to go thru drive-thru we sat there for awhile before anyone acknowledged we were there, food was just ok, our order wasn't fully correct, they didn't bother to tell us that they were out of somethings they thought you wouldn't notice I guess. Overpriced and just ok food
Stopped here for take out. The order was on time and the drive thru was convenient. The family pack is the way to go. The baked beans are amazing
If you are looking for the best barbecue in Northeastern Arkansas, look no further...You’ve found it! Al’s has been my favorite place for barbecue every since I was a child. It still holds that title till this day. Since moving, my drive has stretched from about seven minutes to thirty minutes. Once you try it, you’ll see why I make the drive about every week... Or maybe a couple of times a week. Their slaw is good enough to be a food group on its own. However no meal is complete without an order of hickory fries and homemade ranch for dipping. I’ve never been one to keep up with calories but it’s definitely worth killing your diet for!
This use to be my favorite BBQ place! BUT! Recently I went in Jan 2020, and I ordered a regular sandwich, fried, and tea which cost almost $9 , and it was not good at all! I asked for no slaw on my sandwich, and bun toasted. I had to return and ask for a toasted bun and there was approximately 1-2 oz of meat on the sandwich! I literally tasted more bread than meat! ( I also waited an extra 10 min. for a toasted bun ), whereby the fries were cold. ☹ I was told it was under new management. I hope it improves..
I come here all the time to eat and it’s so hot in here. I asked the cashier could she turn the air up but, she said they control it from home. Please do better or you going to lose a valuable customer
