What a fun group of ladies! Stopped in an unfamiliar place on vacation & it was an absolute pleasure! We spent the whole time laughing & having a blast ????. Asha did a beautiful job on my nails! This will for sure be a regular stop when I'm visiting from now on!
I went in to fill the acrylic on my nail, and a cut down. She filed my nail down so much, a few of the nails had an odd shape, in comparison to the others. I also noticed that she did not fill the corner of one nail. I was able to see my real nail. When I inquired, about the shape and the missing fill, she continued to file away, to the point that it was digging into the bed of my nail. I quickly moved my hand, and explained that she was hurting me, and I was all done. At this point I was willing to pay them, and take my business somewhere else. She quickly jumped up, and a gentle man by the name of Shawn quickly stepped in. As I began to explain my concerns, she began to speak very loud in her native language. Shawn spoke over her, and she stopped. While I did not understand, it was very aggressive. I patronize the business, because of the good customer service. However, this will be my last visit, because no one addressed her speaking in such a loud and aggressive tone, directly to me. I believe her name is V, and if I am not mistaken, she gave me a manicure months ago, that caused the skin around my nail to peel, and become irritated. Which led me to never do a manicure again. Shawn attempted to correct the mistake, but there was only so much he could do. They need to teach her how to gage the force of the electric file, and hold her accountable to give good customer service. I wish them the best.
Doing another review because the last 4-5 times I’ve been back my nails have looked amazing!! Definitely a 100% improvement since my first two visits which weren’t the best at all. Kat is so nice and friendly and so patient. She’s the only one I let touch my nails asides from the usual greeter/ front counter lady. If they both aren’t there I will not let anyone else there touch my nails. So patient and don’t rush which I love! My nails get better and better each time I go and I highly recommend these nice ladies !
9/22/22 - got a full set here yesterday and little disappointed that the lady I usually get my nails done is no longer here but in replacement there was another lady that was super sweet and friendly ! She took her time to every detail for something that was simple but as simple as it was she made it look so beautiful! Happy with how this place has advanced since the first time I went ???? definitely will be requesting her from here on out ????
I love this place. I have been going here for about 2 years always make my appointment with Ms Thao she is so sweet and dose a fantastic job. I show her what I want and always leave happy. I Have had others do my pedi they worked also great. I have taken friends
for group pedi and they are always ready for us as soon as we walk through the door.
I had my Nails done there today and as Usual Tau (OWNER) Did a Wonderful job! She is so professional and an Asset to the Shopping Center. I love Aha Nails and Salon and wouldn't go anywhere else. Tracy A.
Didn’t know something simple was so easy to mess up???????? not impressed. Will not be coming back. He used clear for the under layer so you can see my actual nail and the tip and the glue from the top underneath, not appealing to even look, literally waited for him to finish so I could just go cry in my car
I went to Aha nails to get a full set with dip powder as the base and gel for a design. I was cut multiple times to the point I bled on a few of my cuticles. The man doing my nails spoke 10 words to me at most during my service. My nails were rushed and the lines are not straight. I had glue all over my nails, fingers and under my nails. At the end of my service, the mail technician flooded my nails and hands with cuticle oil but didn’t rub it in and told me to wash them. I live in Greenville and when I got home 2 hours later I noticed that one of my nails is split in half. My friend had her acrylics applied but waited over 40 minutes to have her base coat and design applied. Her cuticles were also left a mess and no cuticle oil was applied. There were only 3 employees and 9 people with 3 children needing service. We each paid $50. I wouldn’t recommend.
I went there on Sunday for the second time to give it another try ..got full set of gel for me and my daughter!!! Paid 150 for two full sets and just a polish change for our toes !! Then today my nail broke right and half wasn’t even doing anything that would hurt my nails !!I have had my nails done for many years now and never broke like this and it was just the second day !!!I believe they just didn’t use the right amount of gel or something I dunno ????????‍♀️
