Came for a pedicure because they said they had two people available. They did not. My daughter had to wait. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing, it wasn’t. The lady was way too rough with my feet. She also cut my toe and was cutting my nails down way too far. Then the towel she put on was so hot I felt I wanted to rip it off. Really rushed as well… will not be back.

I came an got my nails done two weeks ago! My nails are real, I got sns! I do not recommend them at all for nails! I’ve had my nails for a couple years was trying them out and broke one nail picking up my laundry basket! The quality is not there! They rush you thru! As much as they charge I’ll never go back to them again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. In case you don't have time to read this entire review; in short GO somewhere else. Do not give this place your business or money. Take it to someone who treats you with respect and will value you as a customer. This place has drastically went downhill for past 6 months. I have been going to this place for over 4 years. I kept giving them another shot to only be disappointed each time. Don't waste your time or money. They treat customers horrible and will increase prices as you sit there. They will change the price while getting ypur nails donr. They pick and choose what they are charging each person. I've personally witnessed them talking to customers in a demeaning way. The most recent experience made my mind I would not go back. There was a young lady that was 8 mon pregnant and brought her 6 year old daughter in for her first manicure and pedicure. To make this short after the mother was asking about pricing for everything for both of them the owners got mad because they filled up the pedicure bowl with water and the little girl got scared and changed her mind on getting a pedicure. The mom was very nice and was trying to make this a fun and exciting experience for her daughter. The owners were rude and kept increasing the prices on her. They ended up telling the mom it would be $25 just to paint the little girls nails. She was getting over $100 of services done...herself a pedicure, manicure, wax etc... not to mention my own experience either asking for a particular shape of nails but because the owner didn't feel like doing it she tells me they aren't long enough. This was after she trimmed them and I told her before she started the shape I wanted. This is only very brief overview. Again, go to another salon.

Everyone was very nice. The older gentleman did my nails this time and he cut just about every cuticle on both hands. My hands are very painful and burn when I put them in water. I have read the other reviews and it seems he cuts just about everyone with the dremel tool. The tools were not cleaned between clients. I'm now worried about cross contamination.

I have been several times to this salon. They are always very friendly and do a wonderful job. I have always came in as a walk in and I have never had to wait. They do an exceptional job with my eyebrows. Any service I have gotten has been great. I will continue going here. There prices are reasonable as well.

Showed a pic of brown nails, and one white with the cow print on white one, looked like poka dots, ask to make it not so uniform, yelled at me and jerked my hands around, did it white again said no design for you, I ask why did you paint white, just do brown, jerked my hand again! Ask him to not to jerk me around, he laughed talked! Then proceeded to put the brown on top of the 2 white nails, so I could have 6 coats of polish on 2 fingers! I said no do it right! Then I went to pay charge me for the design and started yelling! I will not ever go back! Told him that, he shoed me out the door like a fly! He said he didn’t care!! Ridiculous to be treated like that!!

Not impressed nails uneven and didn't even soak my previous nails off all the way .soaked for maybe 5 minutes and then the drill was used to complete the job .I have thin nails and use acrylic to keep them from breaking and had to say twice i want them soaked off and reapplied over my real nails .still the guy says I do powder for you. No I want them soaked off and reapplied . Never again will I go back . He cut my cuticle with the drill and it looked like it had already been used and not cleaned .not going back lesson learned .

They butchered my eyebrows they were completely uneven it's disgusting had the nerve to say it was pretty, I do not recommend going here or anywhere in Thomasville I cannot find one single decent place to take care of myself around here.
