I love this local store. Has everything you need and affordable. On my last visit, I stopped by during my lunch break and was in a hurry. I didn't notice until the next day that I paid for my products but 2 of them were missing from my bag. I checked everywhere before returning to the store the following day with my receipt. I informed the owner politely that I purchased my items yesterday but missing 2 and handed him my receipt. He immediately remembered and grabbed the products for me with no delay at no cost. I was grateful to have this matter resolved with ease.
I will happily take my business across the street to the new black owned beauty supply store where my money will be recycled within the community and I will not be guilty before proven innocent.
I bought 2 packs of "premium hair" i use one pack the clips were awful ripped my hair out and the tentative recommendation on the back of the pack was not useful because the hair started to melt and stick together. They refused a refund even though i was only taking back the unopened pack of hair since it was unusable. Please save ur money and shop where someone will respect you as a customer!!
Purchased a few items but some wigs you can not try on ..hummmm. Liked the with so much I purchased it in the new box. Take it out and in the car and there's a little shedding. The store policy is all sales are final.
Went to get some items for my sister. I never been here before so I had to ask the worker to point me in the right direction to find what I were looking for.
I am a regular. I shop here every week. I'm courteous and always spend at least $50+ per visit. There have been times that the gentleman there has treated me as if I were a thief. I guessed they deal with theft a lot. It was quite uncomfortable. The man used to do this to me until one day I told him that I shop here too regularly for him to handle me or watch me as if I steal. He has stopped since then. Things are overpriced here but they do have majority of the stuff you'll need for any style. I WISH WISH there was a black owned business (maybe I'm not looking hard enough) in Carrollton that has the same or better inventory than this one. Thanks for reading!
I have never experienced service as awful as I did at this store. I will shop in Douglasville before I ever set another foot here. With items in hand on my way to the register, the Asian lady working there turned the lights off on me and proceeded to rudely tell me to get out the store. Mind you, there was still about 10 mins left before the store closed. Regardless, there was absolutely no excuse to be treated the way I was. I had been a loyal customer for several years, but I am gone for good. Good riddance ✌????
Caint even open on time someone please open a real hair store and put them out of business
