I went there to get my Xmas nails done, and they were so bad! They were basic short acrylic nails, and they messed them up. They were bumpy, uneven lengths, the sparkle on them is so uneven, and they r so bumpy and messed up. Never come here unless u want bad nails, bad experience, and damaged nail beds

Kathy always does an excellent job. She knows what I like and I'm never disappointed. I am always complimented on how nice my nails are.

THE WORST nail saloon I’ve ever been to!! I thought this place was a good place to do my nails but then they turned out just the opposite of what I expected. They assume what you want without asking you just so they can charge you extra. I did acrylic nails and the lady assumed that I wanted no chip without asking me, once I told her that’s not what I wanted, she told me that I asked for it. I came the next day to remove my nails, again, waited another 30 mins and left the store with these nails at the bottom. They can’t even clean the nails right, how could they put a nice acrylic set?

I have waxed my eyebrows here before.. Today I think she waxed the same place a few times. My skin is burning, I called earlier and was told to come back in so she can take a look at it?

I know mistakes happen. I was expecting an apology or her saying she wont charge me next time I mean just something to make me feel like I was heard.

Instead she told me come back in and she will take a photo and file it with her insurance so I can go to hospital and treat it.

1. I have my own insurance.

2. It takes a long time to get a claim approved. 3. So I paid and tipped to get hurt? How is that ok.

I am so disappointed because they are located right by our house and I really liked the owner and her family.

That woman named Vi is very rude. And she did a terrible job. I will never use their service again.

Very bad service. I was 10 minutes late and they wouldn't take us in. They don't understand people go through traffic and other stuff but this was a the worst experience I'd ever have to experience specially during my sister wedding.

Never coming back to this place.

I would not recommend anyone to go here - I’ve been wanting to try this place out for a long time and decided to go today. Google said that they close at 6:30 and I got there around 4:40 thinking they would have enough time to do a mani pedi. The guy that works there started on my pedicure, but he was rushing. He had me sit to let my nails dry, for a little less than 10 minutes, he then grabbed the drying spray can and vigorously sprayed my nails. I knew my nails weren’t completely dry yet but he insisted that they were. He rushed me out so they could all leave early. I got two dings I’m one of my nails after I left. I spent $46 dollars here and what a waste. Don’t come here, they don’t deserve anyones money or business. Customer service is a total zero.

My girl Katyy be hooking me up!!! She sweet, reliable, talented and she takes her time making sure that you are well taken care of. My cuticles have been the best they ever have been since I’ve been going to Katyy. Thanks Katyy for everything you do!! Ke’Da
