If I could put 0 star I would!!
I went to get my nails done since I was going on vacation and they didn’t last the first week. They were super thin( when I clearly told the nail tech to not do them as thin because my sisters nail broke as soon as she got them done). I’m used to going on vacation and my nails, done at other places can last me a whole month. This was a waste of money, by the second week my nails broke right in half leaving me with only 2 nails on each hand. I was at a resort, and every picture I took my nails looked horrible. Not to mention seating at a restaurant looking like this. I didn’t pay $80 for my set, 45 for my pedi and left a very good tip for this to happen. I suggest they add more powder, or check the quality of it. This has never happened to me. I paid for a service that was not delivered. My nail tech was also rude to me, saying she needed to leave by a certain time and that I never said I was getting a whole set done ( when there was a miscommunication between them at the salon ). I will not be returning to this salon.

Awesome super clean full service salon. I had a great manicure pedicure experience my hands and feet were really bad. . The pedicure made me feel like I was walking on air and the manicure made my nails super clean while still looking natural . The owner and staff are extremely friendly talented and welcoming . As a guy I felt totally comfortable and will definitely be back.
In my very own opinion I think this business is amazing and why is because my nails came out beautiful and any other nail salon I went to they never did my nails like this.
I went today for the first time for a mani-pedi and they didn't even clean my hands after cutting my nails and cuticles, I work in a heavy dust and dirt environment and my nails had dirt and they didn't clean that, my nails are not leveled or the same length, and after all that I still had to pay $40 no polish/gel just clean and cut, bad job never coming back.
If I could give this a zero star review I would ! This salon is extremely unprofessional, mind you, I work at a high quality salon, which I am very aware of how to treat a client. I am very upset that I had gotten a wax. I noticed a day later a big patch of a burnt mark, they told me to come in the salon and get my refund , when I walked in the disrespect that the manager gave me after I had explained was disgusting. I never thought a nice salon would be this unprofessional, they didn’t want to give me my refund . I don’t recommend this salon at all , the employees including the manager are very rude . I am disgusted and upset .
I feel like a doll when I visit Zuleymy Beauty Express, they really take care of me, the place is smooth and clean, bright and comfortable, I love going to the Salon, there is everything in one place, massages, spa and more...
My nails are crooked and not even the way I wanted it to be. 70 dollars wasted on short French tips. Smh the cost isn’t even reasonable, not only that the lady was rude.
