My step daughter and I love Zen!!! It is now our place. They are thorough, gentle, and always pleasant!!! Plus, they are reasonable. They do amazing work and kind of quickly. You're never there that long. My dip manicures always last three weeks!!! I LOVE ZEN!
This is a super clean salon and the technicians are very good. Their pricing is competitive with other area nail salons and what I like most about coming here is if there is a wait time it’s minimal.
I’m so freaking happy my nails look amazing!! They came out so smooth and even and I’m just so overall satisfied. I also appreciated how I knew the price going into it :)) will definitely come again
I usually don’t do reviews, but had to on this one… only been 4 days since I went to the media location. I made appointment at 6… but it seems like they told everyone to come in at 6 that evening. Because we all had to sit and wait….y would u tell everyone to come at 6 when it’s only 4 technicians and u guys close at 7??? So obviously, there was rush into getting everyone done… including mine!!! Waited 20 mins to be seen n another 20 mins I was done…..
My pictures should give an idea, it’s 4th day today and my left hand pinky finger almost all off, I’m sure it will be all by tonight….. middle finger has started too on the sides… right hand, first finger is starting to peel off….
I’ve gotten gel manicures before but nothing has came off in 4 days….
Needless to say, won’t be coming back….
I've been going here for years. I have never had my gel manicure chipped like other reviewers say. The employees are all doll faces in my book! Great experience over all. I usually get chrome, (which is $10 more,) or magnetic polish. Really... never a chip.
relaxing experience with attention to detail, decent price for gel manicure and pedicure as well. Kind staff as well- gave me a gift for New Years even though I’m not a regular customer. I did have the polish on one toe from my gel pedicure fall off completely (only two days after application) though so I take off some stars.
This was my first time here. The nail tech filed the top of the nail, trying to get the gel off but it was burning. I had to tell her to stop, it was hurting. She was half-way through my nails & another tech took over cause 3 people came in. I asked the 2nd nail tech if I should give both of their tips or just give the 1st tech the tip. She said to give it to the other tech so I did. I just didn't appreciate the 1st tech leaving half-way through. The nails came out great!
