I really enjoyed visiting this nail shop. My gf and I were visiting from out of town a needed to get our toes done. We called and they told us we could come right in with no wait. From the moment we stepped in the ladies greeted us and chatted with us!! The ladies in this shop are so personable and friendly. We told them whenever we are here visiting we will come here to get out toes done. They do a wonderful job on mani and pedi’s

I know it looks like you are saving $15 or $20 with Groupon but the experience is the worst!! They don’t understand half of the things you are saying because there is only one main reception lady who can under and speaks broken English (if you don’t believe me call them right now to book an appointment before cashing in the Groupon) they are loud when they speak amongst themselves!! The ambiance is so bad !! No music no good fragrance! No happy faces and then it makes you question like was it worth saving those $20. I still went there second time and it was still the worst. Complaining coz they were over booked! One lady started putting on nail polish befor the manicure started and side will need $10 for manicure. I wouldn’t have written this review but when I visited 2nd time I was booked for arm waxing and the lady knew nothing. She measure my arm length and started cutting cotton stripes off a roller and then she started plucking my leftover hair with twizzler when I asked what is she doing coz it started bleeding like ligit blood and then she said she won’t charge me for the 1/4 arm she waxed !! I was so mad and feeling vulnerable. She once applied wax on my hand left to pick a call coz she is the only English speaking staff there!! It’s not worth saving $10 I promise!! Don’t waste your valuable hard earned money please
My wife went to get her nails done and asked for arm waxing; which they said they do.
Nails service was great, but she had a horrible experience waxing. The attendant poured hot wax on her arm and just left the room to attend to another customer and came back after a while!
The wax dried up, and she couldn't even get the wax off properly. So she started taking hair out one at a time using a pair of tweezers! Being a guy, I understand this is totally wrong.
Later, she said she could not do it and just wiped the wax. My wife was left with a sticky arm and a few bruises because of plucking. I decided not to create a scene there as my wife was in visible pain instead downvote here.
In the meantime, they kept a mother and 2 girls waiting for 50 minutes despite them having an appointment and being there on time.
Nail and massage service is good. But because of this bad experience we won't be visiting this place henceforth!
Found them on Groupon, and couldn't be happier with the price or service! My friend and I came in, they had us in a chair as soon as we got there. Super professional and extremely clean as well. And our nail tech, Emma, was the cutest! Super talkative and knowledgeable. The salon manager, Jameson, was so incredibly sweet and attentive! Even after he had to tell me his name a 7th time because I'm terrible at remembering names ???? but seriously, they've definitely earned my business and I'll be coming back anytime I need a new set!
Love the fact there open later then other nail salons in the area. I was turned away from a salon a half hour before they closed. I came here half hour before close and they accepted me and a few others that came after me.
I always have a good experience - I usually ask for May - they are all good at what they do! VERY GOOD SERVICE.
