I’ve been here a handful of times and the cost is always different for the same exact service. But my hair turns out nice and I don’t like doing my own hair so I continue to go. That ends today after I sat through Sonya and another employee talking poorly about my hair in Spanish because I denied her “trim” that always turns into being a 3 to 4 inch cut. Unfortunately for her I understood everything she said and I will never be going there again. She didn’t even apologize and denied it saying that they were talking about someone else. Smh ???????????? $45 for a wash, rollo and blow dry?? For my thin, porquería hair?? No, thanks, never again!

My hair always comes out wonderful! I felt very welcomed especially being a non Spanish speaker. The stylist give great advice for products for my hair

Service is amazing and the artist on my hair is fabulous. Just false advertising saying they open at 9am because I came at 9 but the lady and the hair salon still wasn’t open yet

I am Spanish and this place is terrible. All the good reviews on here are because they are friends of the staff and owner and get attended to quickly. I got here before the doors opened at 8am by 11am I was still sitting in a chair waiting with dripping wet hair. Was I given or offered a towel? Not at all. They take care of their friends first even if they’re in the middle of doing something to your hair. They’re unprofessional. I sat here and listened to them talk about a customer being worked on for 45 minutes… about how dirty and disgusting she was. I’ve been here before but this will be my last visit. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed not only in these women from my own culture but for the lack of human kindness. And if you don’t think empathy and compassion are important how about remembering that a paying customer keeps your business open. Not matter who they are.

As an African American,i dint feel welcomed and the wait is long they give you an appointment but when you reach there the place is crowded and you got to wait for like 4hours before they takecare of you,they will take care of their friends even if you arrived before them.They made me feel as though I was doing my daughters hair for free.It’s a No No No for me ...never again.They speak Spanish through out so if you don’t know Spanish my friend go someplace else.

Run for your life, if you really want healthy hair this ain’t a salon to go to, i knew i was supposed to get out the time i walked in, but everyone deserves a bit of trust, they act like they don’t understand what you tell them to do so they do what they think they know and end up messing your hair. You come out like your hair was wet with the rain and sun dried, they are rude and rough, nope I can’t recommend this salon i wish i can give them 0 stars.

I havent had a hair cut in a very long time and my hair was so dried out and unhealthy. I did a little research and looked at the salons reviews as well as others and i finally decided to try and support someone local in my city .... i chose Yahairas because of her great reviews.

I came knowing i didn't want my hair too short and i showed her a picture of what i wanted .... she did exactly exactly exactly what i wanted .... my hair feels amazing again and it looks great ... she made sure i was ok throughout the process ???????? something you don't get in all hair salons.

I left the salon feeeling so pretty i just had to take a few selfies ????????????????
