I don’t recommend the lady I had cut me 3 times on different fingers my nails are lifted she didn’t give me what I asked for I asked for all different colors and the lady gave me pink. She also said that they was $75 and my mom got all different colors and she only payed $70 they didn’t have a price board. All she did was talk on the phone didn’t even care to look up.
DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
Absolutely horrible. The store is always empty and there's a reason why!!!
My sister's went before me and got their nails done and once I saw the finished products I told them I was not interested.
My sister's feet turned out ok but my other sister's nails are horrible. The paint started chipping the next day and the whole nail wasn't even painted in the first place. The acrylics stick strait up in the air and are so uneven and lumpy.
When she called they told her they were very busy so they couldn't talk and she had to come in. when they arrived no customers were there. The lady said the paint didn't chip, it was "dirt"... she said her nails were uneven because that's how her nails are... they did not refund or fix the nails. not even so much as an apology was given.
She told her that their "prices are higher than Walmart?" guys seriously just go to Walmart I guarantee it'll be a better experience.
horrible place, horrible service, expensive prices ($65 for botched nails), and horrible people.
I took my 10 year old to get her nails done and the lady ( I forgot to ask for her name) did such an amazing job. She was talking to my daughter and making her first experience at a nail salon really memorable. ❤️ the nails were beautiful as well
I am not one to give a bad review, but since I have some time today....
My sister got me a gift certificate for a pedicure at this establishment and they didn't have the materials to make my feet smooth. They said the callous removal service was an extra $15 (not a problem) but they didnt have the cheese grater thing to do it? So I went home with my feet rough at the bottom.
A waste of time and money because they forgot I also wanted a manicure OH and they don't offer a wax service.
But after the subpar pedicure I was ready to go anyway...
I’m a care giver and was trying to take my wonderful client to get her feet done. She had an appointment for 3pm but we had some extra time and went in early.
We got there and we wasn’t even greeted, the lady was on her phone and didn’t even care to look up. There was only one other customer and two other ladies just sitting there.
I didn’t pay it no mind because I just thought it wasn’t their busy hours. I kindly said hello and let her know we was here and she still didn’t look up.
I asked if she could be seen a little early and she said no we are busy. Remind you there’s only one other customer and two other ladies there. Then I went on and ask if she can sit here until 3pm, the lady goes and say no they are busy. Then she went and gave me an attitude and got snippy with us.
The lady I take care of is beautiful 85yrs old woman that wanted her nails done and that couldn’t happened. I would not go here, they are so rude and lazy.
Never again! I got powder dip nails and she put them on like acrylic. It took two hours, double the cost I pay elsewhere, AND hours later they chipped and broke!!!
I have been getting my nails done in Altoona for YEARS!!! My nail bed is small due to a bad habit of biting my nails. The fact that they had a problem with length and every single nail is crocked.. I'm good on ever going back I DONT RECOMMEND. Worst 60$ I've ever spent.
I took two friends here for pedicures. It was super short notice and we didn’t schedule appointments, The employees were so kind and nice. The establishment was very clean. My feet feel awesome! And I love the polish. Massage chairs were GREAT! Super happy with my experience! They deserve so much more than 2 stars
