WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon!
Went in and showed a pic of what i wanted. She did not know how to do it so she asked another co-worker. She started my nail dip and never cut down my nails. Every nail was a different length and shape! My SNS was so thick and let’s not forget the WORST manicure I’ve ever gotten. She cut away so much skin i was bleeding when i got home and my finger tips were raw! Also, my mom and i went together and i know they were talking about her in their language because they kept pointing at her.
My nails looked so bad i went to a different nail salon after and the new nail tech asked where i went!

I’m underwhelmed. The place itself is pretty nice (a little unsanitary however). Some of the staff “assisting me” was decent, but the real issue was the aftermath of the nails. I got acrylic done (red french tip) and not even 11 days later, they look like this. All of the nails are lifting, and breaking around the edges. This would have been more tolerable if they charged maybe $30, but instead they charged $50 (not including tip). I definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your time/money here.
Great experience! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and quickly seated!! I was offered something to drink before the he ladies started on my pedicure and full set! I was unhappy with my nail shape once finished but it was no problem as the manager quickly assisted and stated he understood what I saying about the almond shape being off….he sat me with “Tony Crazy” and he fixed and made me laugh! Definitely will be back for my fill in by “Tony Crazy”!
We came in and were ignored. Without even checking the sign in list, one of the associates grabbed the woman that came in after us. Didnt even look at us. We left and went to Herbal nail and spa and got superb service. We will not be back to Wet Paint.

Amo mis uñas cortas y siempre me han querido meter por los ojos hacerme extensiones, y dipower cuando digo que quiero gel me miran con desagrado, además el gel siempre se me cae a los tres días, pague 95 dólares por mano y pies cuando la primera vez por lo mismo me cobraron 75 y señalé que quería un queen combo. Si pudiera no le daría ni una estrella.
Worst pedicure ever my feet were actually bleeding. They were very sloppy and didn't care that they took a chunk of skin off my heal. Also very sloppy with the toe nail polish.
Usually excellent, but clearly unprofessional and horrible customer service. The guy with the ponytail is just RUDE beyond all reason and measure. I refuse to spend anymore more money with then nor will I refer.
I left the nail bar I usually go to because it was a 1 hour wait, tried this one - was told 30 minute wait. I waited 1 hour and one lady told me it wouldn’t be much longer. Meanwhile I saw at least 2 other people come in after me, wait 10 minutes and was helped before me. Went to the desk to see what’s going on and was told another 30 minute wait.
It’s one thing to just say you aren’t taking walk ins rather than say 30 minute wait and have other people be seen that came in after me and have me wait a total of 1.5 hours to get my nails taken off. I left, wasted 1 hour of my time and still didn’t get my nails done. Terrible first impression
