i went to get a gel nail art for a concert i am going to. The person (i believe her name is jenny) did an amazing job and it came out really well. she was also very nice. i don’t ever go to get my nails done, but if i ever want nail art again i would definitely come back

I Ben a customer for sense I moved to the area 3 years ago the only guy that works there does my nails every time and I never have no complaints. Recently got sick and couldn’t make my appointment so I went in a few days later when I walked in it was 6:00pm they close at 7pm nobody in the salon greeted me and they acted mad because I’m guessing it was very close to closing time but 1 hour before closing I was there but anyway the man that normally does my nails was not there so the lady did my nails she was very rude and mind you I ben coming to this salon like I said 3 years and always pay the same price for fill the lady decided to tell me 2 of nails was broke and literally pulled them off knowing the pain that goes along with just ripping off the fake nails and then decided to charge me for ripping off my nails and hurting me but my point is that lady over charged me for no reason and hurt me by ripping 2 nails off she charged me a outrageous price and when I got home I had to fix my nails due to them being to sharp as she didn’t do her job because she was ready to go home…..

I used to do my nails with Lisa every month around 4 years and I absolutely loved ???? every time she does my different acrylic nails ???? She is great professional ????????

I came in for a full set of pink and white acrylics, was told it would be a few minutes while the guy who “specialized” in pink and white was finishing up. Waited a few mins, called over by the guy. He started doing my nails with what looked like the pink acrylic powder. He then asked me what color I wanted. When I told him I wanted pink and white, he got upset and told me it was too late. I said ummm no. So he then somewhat filed them down and started over. I told him I wanted square with the corners a tad filed, just so they weren’t sharp. When I was done I was baffled. They were round, filed terribly, all different lengths, my cuticles were a mess. They were by far the worse nails I’ve ever had done. Not to mention, he was super rough during the whole thing, throwing and pushing my hands around. I ended up complaining and had them redone which were way better. But I will never return.

My 1st time here wanted to try it out since it’s close to my house. The lady never talked to me she tapped me on my leg every time she wanted to switch feet. She rushed the whole process. Everything was cut short. Only used one hot towel on one leg and then after it cooled uses the same one for the second. Never really messaged my legs or feet. I would time the messsge at literally 1 min for each leg. Then the gel polish so sloppy got it on my legs and left it there but also wasn’t on the lines at all and forgot the clear polish on one toe. Then after it’s done she says ok now go pay. That’s it no thank have a nice day nothing! The worst treatment and mind you it’s my first time. Never again will I go here waste of money. The lady was an older lady that sits to your left near the back. Please don’t waste your time here.

I had ask Joy about the power dip for I saw her completing the process on a customer next to me, so the next time I went in I got the power dip done by Joy, let me tell ya its the best decision I made & worth every penny I paid.

I love the fact that your own nails do not get damage nor do they peel or lift at all. I love it!!! Now that's all I get. So ALL the ladies out there go and get yours done at Pairs Nails you will be happy that you did,.what are you waiting for??

I have been a customer for three years. They were always friendly and did a good job. Today's tech however did not do a good job. She rushed, which resulted in both my thumbs being dislocated. Swelling and pain high. My thumbs and wrists are bruising fast. When I brought this to her attention and left. They laughed and said I must have been having a bad day. Wow! Not going back. Wish I could post pictures of my thumbs and wrists!

I heard about this place from some girls talking about it while I was in Walmart. So since I was in the area I decided to ck it out. I was told about all they offer. What impress me was the nail polish dip that keeps ur nails healthy. So I got it and gotta tell ya I love it. Its been a week since I got them done,and they still look as if she just did them. I've gotten a lot of compliments. I will go back when I need a refill. This place is really nice,n clean,the staff are great, they have all the updates on the trend.I was very much impress. However I suggest you make an appt for they are,very,busy especially on the weekends. They still take walkins. Best money spent.
