Great Salon! Everyone was nice and pleasant. I called and they gave me a next day appt. And they ladies a super quick! 3 hours for Medium Box braids!
the ladies here are not friendly. Every time I visit this shop I leave disappointed. If you come here only have ONE lady work on your head. They have the best braider work in the front of your head. While a bad braider will work on the back of your head. I got home feeling really good until my sister asked me why the back of my head was fuzzy. With a mirror I could see the back of my hair and it was a complete mess. My braids were sloppy and you could see my natural hair sticking out. Not only did I deal with the disrespectful stylist but she couldn't even do a good job. I called the owner of the shop and she said she would fix it for me. When I arrived at our appointment time she was not even there. She said she forgot and was on the other side of town and could not make it today. I'm leaving the country tomorrow and will not have time to have my to have my hair redone. Extremely unprofessional salon. I will not be back.
I do like the service I received here but the braiders are limited on the styles they're able to execute, so if you're going for a more updated braid style, I strongly recommend you call ahead and send a pic to be sure your preferred hairstyle can be done by their styles/braiders..
My braids started slipping out a week after service. I paid $180 and I didn’t get service I paid for! I didn’t want to eat my lunch on the inside of the braid shop because of COVID-19 and she treated me as if I was going to run off with her money. What other people has done in the past has nothing to do with me because no amount of money is worth my freedom. I didn’t want to pay until after services were rendered! Never again I should have went to the other braid shop! Please don’t go here!
This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional. Didn’t greet. I watched them turn a guy away with attitude and tell him they could not service him right now while they were not busy. The bigger lady told him no as soon as he asked. The other lady told another customer “to let her do her job” when the customer suggested what she would like done to her hair. I watched all three stylists walk away from clients hair. It had been a full hour of waiting and there were so many breaks that by the time I decided to just get up and leave only 3 additional braids and were added to a woman’s head. Terrible service. If you’re looking for a place to just get the job done. This is not it. The actual technique and work didn’t even look good. Very low level. I recommend anywhere in Atlanta than this location. I am a native.
Poor customer service, too much talk. Aicha abandoned my hair halfway and braided someone else’s without any excuse or permission. Was going to make this my permanent salon but will never visit again.
Came in for comb coils with my own product. When she started she didn't ask me what size I wanted or anything. I used my own product and told her to use it freely but she barely used any in the back and over saturated it in the front. She didn't ask about style so I had to tell her to not do them all to the back like a man. Sat under the dryer and still left with a very moist head due to the size and over use of product. I voiced my concerns and was not offered even 5 dollars off. This was definitely my first and last time coming.
Whatever they used made my hair fall out from the roots I got braids plenty times and this has never happened to me and I called in she had nothing to say my hair is still shedding hair that’s not even all it
