So rude, everytime. It's actually kind of impressive how little class the owner, or owners wife has. I hope I'm not that bitter and hateful by her age. No need to rag on people for spending money in your establishment. I sincerely hope you go under and lose everything.
True Value Hardware and the good general store with working gas pumps is a far superior shopping option.

Perfect little store to make a quick stop for drinks and snacks.
The gift shop is very nice, definitely full of unique gifts that I would love to have brought home! Unfortunately though you have to be a guest at the Volcano Inn to eat at the restaurant and enjoy the beautiful view! I found that rather disappointing.Other than that, it's worth the stop to check it out!!

This store lives up to its name they have many true value items. A good place to stock up on picnic items for your day at the park or golf course. Good parking. Must follow COVID restrictions such as wearing a mask ????
Nice mom and pop shop. Had a little of everything. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Living in Hawaii I am well familiar with high priced convenience stores. It's to be expected, especially in rural areas, but this place is beyond high priced and down right offensive. It's got a decent selection compared to other stores in the area so I'm forced to go here under certain circumstances, but I would never give these people business if I didn't have to. Prices are absolutely unfair and their staff is totally unfriendly. I find it literally rude to charge your community those prices. $11.38 for a basic pack of playing cards? Who do you think you are??
