I love this nail salon! I see a gal named Thi (pronounced ‘Tee’). She’s amazing! I’ve also seen another one of the gals that works there — I have never left unhappy! I do dip on my regular nails.
Love my nails and have received so many compliments on them over the holidays. Will definitely return soon!
I was a little aggravated at first because I had made an appointment and apparently my name wasn't on the book so they didn't if I was coming. The appointment was actually for my daughter, a pedicure, but they got her in within about 10 minutes so I was pleased with that and her toes came out really nice and didn't take long. My mom went after and she has no complaints. I will be returning and I do recommend.

I love Vivastar nails. The nail techs are very good, especially Tweedy...she is a wiz with nail design.
If you like to not be spoken with, this is your place. They chat with each other (Asian language) but not customers. I picked a polish with glitter, "tech" didn't shake the bottle so I ended up with a few specks of glitter on each nail. Not happy. Work tables are dirty, tools are not sterile.
Found my new nail tech!! I've been going to the same nail lady for years, unfortunately she had a family emergency and had to go home. I tried keeping my business at that salon, but there was only one guy that could do my nails the way I like them, but he was extremely rough and made me bleed every time. So after searching the internet I stumbled across this place and they had good reviews. Went in and was greeted and told to take a seat and someone will be right with me. Tee took care of me and did an absolute amazing job! I'm in love and will be going to her from now on.
Tried twice. Appt made today at 3pm. Only time they could, I took it and them know I had to leave by 4pm. Arrived slightly before and at first they said there wasnt an appt., then reminded them it was a pedicure. "Oh that's right" It'll be 20 mins. Asked if I would be out by 4? No, I cant. Just would love once for a nail place to be up front, customers are trying to work witin your schedule. SO Don't make an appointment. Can't say don't go here at all, but don't count on what they tell you.
