I gave a generous tip and the lady still complained about fixing my toes. The nail polish was not shaken at all and this color isn’t used often I’m assuming. So the paint chipped right away and she blaimed me. I sat and waited another 2 hours before someone would fix them.
Don’t tip your nail tech the first time. Wait to see how your nails last and how you are treated. They don’t appreciate your tip there. $15 dollar tip is decent.
Please run away from this business. This is a joke. 62$ for this exactly mess. I was thinking on doing acrylic, and I couldn’t finish because the person who was doing my nails he didn’t know what to do. Let my nails like this and the MANAGER said that there’s nothing wrong with me nails… are you kidding me. They charge me 62$ dollars please this just ridiculous.
Tired of trekking to the burbs for nail services, I was so excited for VIP Nails & Spa open in downtown Miami Lakes! It did not disappoint. It's different than any salon I have ever been to. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and very engaging. I got a pedicure and gel nails, and both look great! They offer several levels of services, something for every budget. I love the option to book online and it was very easy to do. They also the have some really cute jewelry to shop! Definitely my new home for nail services.
My daughters and I got our nails done for the first time here. It was a great experience all the way around. We definitely will be back. Out nails look fabulous! Thank you Lynda, Bin and Yeni????
V.I.P Nails & Spa is very relaxing. I got gel nail polish over 2 & 1/2 weeks ago and it is still on and they look flawless! Absolutely in love with my nails. This place is wonderful. Friendly service over the phone to when you walk in the door. they make you feel so relaxed and welcome like you are a regular even if your not.
The service is exceptional! I am a repeat customer and highly recommend V.I.P Nails & Spa. I got gel manicure and gel pedicure services here. Amazing, my new favorite place to go, they do a really clean and thorough job!! Best nail techs! Friendly, caring, clean place and they can't get t I'd if me! Everyone is very nice and hospitable.
I took my twin 3 year old daughters here to get their nails painted. I was very impressed with the service we received. I believe it was the owner who painted their nail and was very patient and delicate. VIP Nails & Spa was very modern and clean and she was right on time with our appointment. I will be bringing them back for sure.
Amazing service and such personable staff. I always come by myself but yesterday I came with my friend and mom and they took such good care of us. I aways come to do my gel manicure and pedicure with Lety she is such a sweet and caring person! She really takes her time with my pedicure and sanitizes her equipment properly.
