I brought my 6 year old daughter here for her first (and probably last) manicure. We both had our nails done by the same lady. My daughter went first and kept wincing when the lady was cutting her cuticles. I figured she was probably just a little sensitive since she never had it done before until it was my turn. I work with my hands so I get knicks on my hands quite a bit but when I tell you I had to rip my hand away from her. She made me bleed twice from being so rough and careless. My finger is still swollen 6 hours later. Not to mention the really bad paintjob she did. Like paint on the side of my fingers even after she was done bad. I understand that a standard manicure with regular polish is probably the most not worth their time service they offer, but this was so bad. My daughter told me when we were leaving that she never wanted her nails done again. I still payed. I still tipped. But I will never be going back.

I went in for my 4:00 appointment and took me to the chair 30 minutes later and I soaked for a long time.

I told the owners mother I wanted them short. She cut them to the skin under my nails and cut one. I told her to stop and she continued. When brushing the dead skin off she scrubbed them and my feet turned red because she was scrubbing so hard. I told her to stop then I yelled it and threatened to kick her. There was scratches and the next day scabs. I'll never go back there!!! Moody and speak veitameez and talk about you. You can tell. They were making excuses. I have pics I can't seam to get them on here. Run

Ripped the skin off my daughter's eyebrows. Tried to talk to them about it and they said it was her skin, she has had many many eyebrow waxing and this has never happened before. Not even a sorry or anything. Just said we didn't do anything wrong. She is missing all the skin off the top of her eyes

Sister went here and her nails and toes loos amazing. While she was doing my sisters nails she was also nerding out with me. Some lady came in harassing the store which was comical. This lady traveled an hour to go to a nail salon not as a regular, not looking at the price, decided to scratch herself and say it was a product issue????? what? Did you expect your nails not to do nail things when u scratch an itch? Essentially im saying that these nails are good quality to the point someone wanted to scam them for their business. It sucks theyve been scammed but fr guys dont be scamming these hard working people

Theresa was so nice and friendly. It's nice they are open Sundays since that's my only day off lol.. Store was clean. My nails are AMAZING!!! First time I've been there and first time I've had them this long in awhile (due to other shops doing them and they break a day or two later) and almost a week later and none of them are broke!!! Definitely will be going back!!! Thank you so much!!

The atmosphere is good, but I have had two nails break since Thursday which I have never had happen. It was also kind of painful bc the person I had trimmed a little more than just a cuticle. But she was still nice, aside from me receiving a lecture on my choice of nails.
