First time going there and it was HORRIBLE! i went to get a simple acrylic set, the shape is wrong, the length is wrong, the person who did the acrylic got it alllll over my fingers and under my nails and dropped nail glue on my phone. the person who files the nails cut 5 of my fingers at the cuticle completely around and their license is 2 years expired (as of 2022). The nails are all different shapes and filled with bubbles. When I came back to file a complaint the same day they basically dismissed me and gave me a $20 voucher which isn’t even half of what I paid and that I won’t use. I’ve never had such a bad experience. I would give zero stars if I could. I’m Never coming here again and I’m filing a complaint to the DOL. Very unprofessional.
This is my second time coming. First experience wasn't that great so I thought about a second try. #1 pedicure for my mother and I, shellac manicures for us both too. I Pay lessback at Seattle and better treatment. They seem to rush you in and out and don't care about cleaning the nails up from overspill polish. I'm disappointed that my nails are messed up and my fingers are not all square but some are rounded.
Stephen did a set of nails for my granddaughter. Very pleasant and personable and able to get us in on short notice.
She was very happy he was able to do them to her request!
Went here the first time a couple weeks ago, I'm never going anywhere else again! I live 15 mins away from here but went out of my way because of the reviews and pictures they uploaded. Had to see for myself, and they really do an impeccable job! Brittany has done my nails both times, and has done fantastically! Well priced and a welcoming environment.
Our first experience at Vida Nails was wonderful. Steve and Emily took extra special care of my sister and I. I swear I got the best mani and pedi I have ever gotten and I’ve had plenty. Everyone was smiling and everyone greeted us. Even Vinny spoke with us to make sure we were happy. We have found our permanent nail home in this business. They have been in business 17 years and I have no doubt they will be making every customer happy for another 17+ years. Thank you for being great

Emily was fantastic. She was fast efficient and damn good at what she does. This was my first time here and I will come back every time I need a pedicure.
Trisha is a real artist - I've been to cosmetology school so I know the kinds of warnings against salons operated by folks from over seas & this salon really is operated by professionals. Tin provided my friend's services and they were STELLAR also, her toes look like a dream! It was a lovely way to spend a Friday girls date! If you need bridal nails or filigree nail design Vida Nails is worth the trip to the suburbs.
