This place is lovely. Do not go an hour to 45 minutes before closing time. They will rush through and you will not get what you paid for! It was my first time paying for a "spa pedicure" at 40 plus dollars! $5 for regular nail polish color painted on your toes $15 for gel nail polish color painted on your toes and Spa pedicures start at $25 plus your toes nail polish or gel nail polish cost on top of the price! If you are looking for good quality then this is not the place for you. If you have a hundred plus dollars every 2 to 3 weeks 4 this nail salon go and give it a try.

I felt like I was getting a good pedicure, however, the next day, I had skin infections on 3 toes that required a trip to the Dr and a week of antibiotics!

First two times were good. Third the tech gave me a great massage (pedicure) but didn’t do a good job on calluses. Last time the tech gave me the hot towel treatment and burned me. I took the hot towels off and he put them right back on and pressed. Bad job on cuticles and bad massage. I get the fancy pedicure and expect good service for the $$.

When I told him how bad the job was he started to argue with me.

Never saw the same techs any visit. Must be big turnover on staff. Before I moved here I went to the same place for 25 years so I don’t think it’s me.

I have had hit or miss service here over the last couple of years but for the most part, it is a-ok. The salon is clean and they have a good selection of colors. I prefer to make an appointment rather than just walk in because they can get very busy at times. When they are very busy, the service goes downhill. If you pay cash, they give a 10% discount.

This place never fails to amaze me. I’ve been getting my nails done here for some time now and have even tried other places in between and could never find anything better. I am not a reservation type of gal so a walk in place is ideal for me. I always walk in and whether they are busy or not, always find time for me. Today I only had a short window to get my nails done and after letting Jennifer know she was able to finish the job quickly and efficiently still giving me enough time to get to class. Overall great place and highly recommend!!

I got a gel manicure before a wedding. I had the polish removed after 3 weeks because my nails were growing out. There was not a single chip, the finish was perfect and even after 3 weeks, I still got compliments. When I went to get the polish off, the manicurist was almost silent. He responded to questions, did beautiful work, did exactly what I asked, but didn't offer other services and did not suggest another appointment. I'll try Victoria Nails again, but not that operator.

My first visit to Victoria's was back in June while I was down here from NH looking for somewhere to live as I was relocating.

I found my nail salon before my home! The owners were extremely kind, the services were amazing and the ambiance was relaxing!

It was very refreshing to go get my nails done and not have to listen to Jerry Springer on the tv's on the walls. Instead there are beautiful abstract paintings!

I highly recommend Victoria's!!
