I have been coming here for 8+ years, and always get coffin nails- never had any issues, always loved them- until today. I decided to bring my cousin for her birthday and they told us it would be $5 extra for coffin shape. Because they aren’t as good at coffin, because it takes them longer.
I’ve never had to pay $5 extra for the shape of my nail. I understand designs, numerous colors, but the shape? Never.
Other shops may do this, this is why I’ve continued to come here. If they want to charge $5 more, that’s fine. I understand. But to act like I’m crazy when I say I’ve never paid extra for coffin, to talk about me the entire time? That’s ridiculous.
Unfortunately I will not be coming back here, ever.
My first time visiting this shop was phenomenal; my nails were nearly perfect. So I returned 3 weeks later to update my gel polish color and get a pedicure. The nail tech rushed to finished my nails when 2 customers came in. When I pointed out her mistakes (sloppy paint job, paint on my skin, uneven nails, etc.) they said they would take it off and I could leave… instead of correcting their mistake. Gel polish usually lasts me 3 weeks. Here I am one week later and due to the issues listed above, my nails are chipping and extremely sloppy.

I was a new client and came in with my bestie for a Deluxe mani and pedi. I experienced the worst experience of my life here. I had worked over 50 hours and needed some much needed foot care but she forgot numerous steps due to fighting with her husband in the shop. I canceled the mani because they became hostile when I stated, “you forgot many steps,” and the wife argued with me and the husband said I must not remember. Well, since I walked into this shop at 9:50 and done at 10:16 and that’s with polish I must disagree sir. I will never come back. Truly the worst experience of my 30 years.
Jonny did a great job on my nails! He was so nice and very attentive! His wife was very nice as well. They definitely have my business ????
The husband a wife who own and operate this nail salon are fantastic. I went in at 5pm and although they were super busy they made me feel comfortable. Johnny's work is exceptional and he made sure to educate me on the nail process and how to strengthen my natural nail.

A no frills nail salon, but that's why I like it. It's never busy and you're in and out quickly. Both people who work there are friendly and they've each done a great job on my nails. Again, it's a low key, no frills salon and they do quality work - it's the perfect place for me.
