I went for a fill in. She cut my fingers with her drill, they’re raised where she filled it in, she clipped them but didn’t measure to see if they’re even. She barely filed them when she was done with the actual fill in part. The paint and shape look good, except none of my nails were crooked until she got ahold of them and now one of them is noticeably crooked. I let her finish because she had already started but when I got up to pay she charged more than I paid for the original set at a much better place. I only went there out of convenience because I had just got my hair cut at the place next door, who did an amazing job

I went in wanting a manicure & gel polish. When the lady got started on my nails she cut me (i started to bleed), she cut my nails so short that the meat under my nails is showing, she started to use a drill on my nails & started getting my skin, which hurt very bad! My nails look worse now than before what I went in with & they still wanted me to pay for it.

I really appreciate the gentleman who did my pedicure that he listened when I asked to not go too deep when trimming the cuticles. The jelly pedicure was amazing! I had a great experience with that. the acrylic, though were poorly done. it has not been two weeks and one fell off the 3rd day and the others are lifting. i paid $55 plus a tip and it was a waste of money.

I always visit this location but tonight was my first time with Kim doing my pedicure.

I arrived at 6:35 after calling to confirm that they were open. The owner Tina said "come on in honey". Kim stayed to make sure I was taken care of. It was almost 8 pm when she finished but it was so worth it.

I went for a pedicure about 3 weeks ago, I showed them the color I wanted. They forced me to use gel even tho I didn't want it. The color wasn't even close to what I wanted. The regular nail polish I pick from their selection. Then the lady cut my nails so short they bled. Kept cutting even after seeing the blood, and then created hang nails JUST to rip yes rip them off. I pulled away and said stop she told me she was done anyways then charged me $70 at the door.

This is my 2nd time going to Tom and he did a GREAT job both times! He’s so patient and kind! He took his time on my nails and gave me what I wanted! He’s the best ! I’ll keep making appointments for him to assist me!

Since I’ve moved to Decatur, I’ve had a difficult time finding a nail salon with the quality products. This is my third time seeing Tom and he is incredible!!! I’m rough on nails and my acrylics last for at least three weeks. He’s so patient and passionate about his work. My nails always look BEYOND fly.
