In love with my nails I don't know her name but she was awesome, very sweet did exactly like I wanted. I showed her a picture and she ran with it. She also did my daughter's nails black and red ombre.
I had a pedicure done. It was a very relaxing experience. I would recommend this place. I paid $47 for one of their special services. It was worth every Penny.
Nice staff got in welcomed as a walk-in on the weekend never the less my person did a decent job in a fair amount of time. They just cost way WAY to much for my liking!! Do those look like 85$ dollar toes bcuz they are ????
I considered the ok reviews and went here anyway. Couldn’t rate you on the service because I didn’t have any done and here’s what happened:
My boyfriend and I sat down here and he was first to receive his pedicure. 45 minutes later a technician sat down to start and informed me it was $15 to remove the gel off my toes. I asked her if we could negotiate that because I had been waiting almost an hour. She said no and that they were understaffed. I wish that would have been communicated with me because I can never know how many people are in the back. One technician did come from the back but they treated another woman instead of me. I ended up just refusing service because my boyfriend was already done. I don’t understand how you can be understaffed when you only have 4 people in the salon on a Saturday afternoon. I definitely won’t be back.
The were very nice and professional! Helpfully as well. This is my second time going to this location. It would be my regular place to go. It's just the distance u have to travel. On top of the traffic. Population has rose, so traffic is a lil heavier then when I first moved out here.
I made an appt 3 hours in advance for a simple pedicure. When I walked in I was barley greeted they asked what I was coming in for I told them I had an appt. they motioned me to sit in a chair. The lady handed me nail colors never turned on the water to get me started while I waited for an available tech I waited 15 mins WITH AN APPT ! I kindly got up and left waste of time do not recommend
Today was my first time at this new nail shop. I was nervous at first because no one has taken the time to review. Service & customer service was excellent. The atmosphere is beautiful. I love the locked nail selection they have too. They even have a child spa & mani deal. They deserve more service. I think I should start setting my appointments up soon because this place will definitely be coming up. They have tons of wax services available too.
My favorite nail place. The girls are so good and everyone knows everyone. Comfy environment and my nails are always getting compliments.
