Please do not get a wig from here. The caps are way too small and they are non refundable. While the customer service is great I hate to say that after this experience I will not be returning to this store. And I would HIGHLY encourage anyone to get their wigs elsewhere. Everything else about this store is great. Just please don’t waste your time or money on their wigs. It’s a scam.
Omg! Esther and Benny are so friendly, helpful and funny! Both my visits to the store in the past week has just been great. I will now make Venus my “go to” hair store for all my hair products and accessories.

This store is usually the one I use for hair and beauty products. The owners are very nice. I am a senior with walking disability and need a chair to sit while I am there. They immediately bring it out to me.
This store is a little crowded and we weren't able to touch some of the displays, which frustrated my daughter, so we left. But the owner was extremely nice, and I told him so. I really appreciate being treated so well in a small establishment like that, and we'll definitely be back.
I absolutely love this place. They have every beauty product you need. They're reasonably priced too.
I love the girl who does the wigs. She is so sweet, gentle, & knows her stuff. The owners are very friendly as well. A very nice couple.

My daughter went to this store as this is the only hair store in Brookhaven. She purchased some earrings . By the time that she was in her car proceeding to out the new earrings in they broke literally falling apart in her hands .She promptly went right back in the hair store.as she never left the parking lot. When she tried to return them the male owner adamantly refused to give her a refund or exchange for the earrings ,He then had the unmitigated gall to run outside after my daughter and physically. Attacked her ????not once BUT TWICE ENSUING HER FROM BEHIND. THEY ARE IN COURT AND THIS HAPPENED A YEAR AGO. NIW HE IS SAYING THAT HE CANT SPEAK IUNDERSTAND ENGLISH BUT YOU SURE KNEW HOW TO STRIKE AND ATTACK MY DAUGHTER THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SHE HAD an even smaller toddler at home when this horrible event transpired. We need JUSTICE

The only hair store in the area, but they can be a bit of a hit or miss. Usually,I can find what I'm looking for or ask the young lady for help. She's really nice and helpful. Last time I went (like a week ago), there was an older gentleman working that made the atmosphere a bit tense. When I asked for help, the young lady pushed me towards the older man, who didn't know what I wanted or where it was. Older lady complained, out loud, about the older gentleman working which made shopping awkward. I hate to take business elsewhere, but I think online will be my best option until they get staffing under control.
