It's my first time & I'm THRILLED. I found my new go to nail spot after not getting my nails done in 3 years! Ben is my guy, best tech I've had in a long time, can't wait to come back- he did matte black on my toes & fingers & I feel like a new human, yay! Seriously, he deserves an award for fixing up my hobbit feet & hands ????????????????????

My girlfriend went to get her nails done and paid 90 dollars plus tip for nails that don’t look like the style she wanted and are chipping after 1 day. TERRIBLE! Many other nail salons worth using over this overpriced establishment. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Ben gave me the absolute worst manicure of my life. I asked him several times to fix the shape and corners. He also cut all my nails down to the skin then filed them after he put polish on. After I paid he wouldn’t let me leave until he watched me Venmo him a tip. It was extremely uncomfortable in there. I’ll never be returning.

Update: I called the business to let them know I was uncomfortable and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me. So unprofessional.

Was visiting family in Cleveland and took my nieces to vanitian to have our nails done. Had a manicure SNS dip on Saturday by Lan. It is now Tuesday and THREE nails have chipped. This never happens at my home town salon. Can’t believe I paid $52 for this!

Worst and most expensive pedicure ever experienced. Painful nail prep and no massage. Put green lotion and let me sit.

I got a pedicure at Venetian. I was a walk in and was so delighted that I was able to get in so quickly. The woman at the front desk was super helpful and super friendly. She looked up a polish color for me, and helped me find it on the polish wall. Chase did a wonderful job on my toes. He was very friendly and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend a friend.

I got a full set of acrylics for homecoming on thursday and they were done completely incorrectly. I communicated with my nail tech the entire time, by telling her my nails didn’t look right. In response, she just kept telling me to wait till they were done. They looked so bad. I was then charged $95. It is now tuesday (5 days later) and ALL of my nails have come off. Never coming back.

I called in advance to ask how long the wait was and if walk ins were welcome. I was told the wait was 45 minutes to one hour and walk ins were welcome. I drove from my house to the salon (about 12 minutes) and I get there and they tell me walk ins were not welcome. Complete waste of a trip. They could do a better job informing their potential clients to save them time.
