Paid $85 for a hair trial for my wedding. Seems very expensive for a hairdo that's not even a full updo (half up half down). My curls fell out within 2 hours. I understand a trial not holding up as well as my actual wedding day but then it should be discounted since it's a trial and they're not using as much product. Also, I was told the trial was $65 and afterwards the stylist said it's actually $85 because $65 is just where trials begin price wise. She spent less than 20 minutes on my hair because it was a very simple half pin up/curl the rest, which I believe should be the "starting" price since it was simple and quick. Feeling very cheated after this experience.

Charles is amazing guys. I have used him for the past 5 years and his color and cuts are top notch. He's very professional and you can tell doing hair is his art. Keeps up on all the latest and greatest trends and knows what he's doing. I will continue to utilize his services and I suggest you do too! Clean and beautiful salon. Every stylist is kind and welcoming!!

Charles came highly recommended by a friend of mine who suggested Vanity Salon to me. Let me just say that the entire experience from start to finish was superb. The first time with a new hairdresser is usually stressful and you tend to sit on pins & needles, but none of that happened with Charles. He was insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed where my hair had been and in what direction we would be going with it. The shampoo was relaxing and he really took his time. You had the confidence that he really knows what he is doing from start to finish. He asks the right questions, and went over every inch of my head as he familiarized himself with head shape and hair growth patterns. Afterward, I felt like a new woman when I looked in the mirror. I walked out of there feeling great, sporting red carpet hair. I have to say that Charles is perfection. A non-intimidating atmosphere, a well run business and stylists that leave you looking better than when you came in: the whole purpose of finding a great salon is feeling comfortable with your stylist. Let me just say that I will be going back to Charles (as I have been since 2003), and I would highly recommend Vanity Salon to any of my friends. I'd put the experience right up there with one indulgent afternoon. Everyone needs to be pampered, and this is the place.

I had a wonderful experience at Vanity Salon. I went in the salon with a head that needed a lot of work. Liz took me in right away and knew exactly what to do. Liz not only helped fix the damage to my hair but she took the extra time to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the results. Everyone there was extremely nice and welcoming. I am looking forward to my next salon visit!

Great hair cuts, professional and friendly stylists and environment. Whenever I've gotten my hair trimmed or a little bit different style, it's always while I'm in town visiting family. I've been 3 or 4 times over the last few years and of course, don't know any of the stylists. It doesn't matter. Every cut has been wonderful. Today, Jack cut my hair and would absolutely recommend him and this salon! (And, it's very COVID safety oriented).

I’ve had my hair cut by two people there. Charles and Lisa. While both are very talkative and hospitable, only one is worth the money. Charles does a great job with men’s haircuts, while Lisa, even though i have long hair like a girl, was not very skilled and I’m feeling slightly cheated by my experience with her. Which makes sense now because several other of my family members have tried to get highlights or coloring from her and end up getting overcharged. Would not recommend Lisa. However it is a good establishment and I’ve heard nothing but good reviews from everyone else i know.
