I’ve been a loyal customer for several years speaking good about the company referring people to them . I brought in my child to get her nails done I made sure I called them to be with someone who has experience and that can give my daughter the nails that she wanted because I normally get my pedicure done and my daughter showed them the picture . I was getting my manicure and I only agreed to do it if I got to sit next to my daughter after the lady cleaned my hands she moved me away from my daughter so I couldn’t see how her nails where looking . When I finished my nails I went to see my daughters nails and they were awful . The nail technician made her nails extra thick and it was just an overall horrible shape . I explained to the owner I did not like them . The lady was already drilling so much my daughters hands where hurting so my daughter didn’t want to continue so I told her to stop the service and I’m going to take her somewhere else she cuts them off and my daughters hand were allready sensitive so the owner charged me 50% of the service and would not give me the nail technician name so I would help anyone else to not waste their time . If you can not do a certain nail shape do not take the client . Period . But I will never go to that store again and it sucks because I loved getting my pedicure done with THo . But it’s ok I’ll find a new person soon. Their sanitation isn’t up to part anyways .
It depends on the day you go. The weekends are always sooo busy, and it will be a long wait. They have nail techs who are slow but they do good work. Sometimes it can be a little frustrating in there because when doing a pedicure it feels very rushed. Otherwise, it's a good place to go.
When I came in it smelled like cigarette smoke already I knew it wouldn't be the best but it is the only one really open today, new years. So I went in for a pedicure they sat me right away gave all of the colors at once to pick from. The lady that did my nails hurt me a couple of time and I tried to tell her I had a cut inside one of my nails please avoid it 4 different times she kept doing that. After that she scrubed the bottom of my feet very shortly both sides, massaged and put a hot towel on all within 5 min. I decided then to cut it short. Totaled out to be 27 dollars with just taking off my nail polish nothing on it, no clear polish. To me it was not worth the money at all and would have rather waited an extra day. I still tipped 5 dollars as I always do when service is bad. Save up your money to actually treat yourself do not go here.
Went in for filling not happy with outcome. First time and last. I was a walk in ask how long it was wait due to it was full max capacity lady on desk 1 said oh desk 5 take you now i said ok i didnt care it was a male i have some amazing nails done by male but this one NO i literally said it not his talent. I dont know but that really f my day. I asked for trim, as i'm looking at them I'm like they started to look like stiletto rather then coffin so i asked if they can make all same to desk 5. Customer next to me started conversation with me saying how she only come to desk 6 then desk 1 came over and ask me move to her desk 1 i wonder why? But i ask her the same to make either or not half stiletto/ coffin she said ya ya i got you noooooo she didn't ! this is a company for quick buck making they dont consider if it the only break, time or day you have basically your time point blank! And yes i did let her know! On top they didn't have NO one to make anything on nails. So yes if you want your nails to look like you had you 6year old child do it this is it but if your like me take time to go pay a "Professional" to get pampered and get some nice art or just you time dont recommend. Go to Publix plaza "Eden Nails" wayyyyyyyyy better!

I went to get my nails done here and I kept TELLING the nail tec that she has to fix the shape of my nails. They where all different lengths and sizes. Despite her rushing through my service she ended up charging me 65$ for these nails. When I went home , my husband was extremely mad. I returned the next day and asked them if she could possibly just make sure all my nails are the same size and shape without cutting my nails and shorter. She told me no AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. She started yelling at me saying that I need to call the police BECAUSE I ASKED HER where is her license. She also kept saying that my nails are ugly and that's why she couldn't make any shapes correctly. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY RUSH THROUGH SERIVE BUT WANT THE CHARGE UP THE A**!
Amazing atmosphere and incredible nail techs. Me and my mom go here often when we want to get our nails done. Highly recommend!
