Very good! My nails look beyond cute! Worst thing though is the time. We had plan to be done around 10:30/35, it was 11:01 when I got finished. Overall great place!

We got there right before closing and they gladly welcomed us! Staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I have several reasons for this review, mainly rudeness and unprofessionalism which concluded tonight in the reason I will NEVER go back. I've had a few things here and there happen that I let slide. I've seen the poor treatment of customers and was basically just glad it wasn't me. Well tonight I was in an accident in front of the shop and so we had to pull in to avoid being in the middle of the road which was potentially super dangerous given it was dark and wet. Myself and the other ladies were rudely reprimanded for blocking "customer parking" while plenty of spaces existed. I guess they would have preferred we block the whole entrance which is what would have happened had we not pulled in. It was the last straw for me at this place. Unkind, unprofessional and just flat out rude and uncaring.

I’ve been a customer of V Nails for a few months now. A few weeks ago when I went the guy who did my nails was obviously having a bad day. I didn’t think much of it. I just hoped I didn’t get him again. Well yesterday, unfortunately, I did. I went in for a fill in, and he was very rough making my finger bleed while filing my nails. He started painting them the color I picked out, but it was a lot lighter than I expected. I asked him if he thought it would get darker after applying a few coats. He replies with “why you ask me.. you picked color out.. you don’t like color.. you go pick another out..” I didn’t like the attitude I was given for simply asking a question, so I asked another lady if she could please finish my nails. He proceeds to mock me and call me a fat cow. I’ve never been treated so poorly by anyone especially for services I am paying for.

Very disappointed with the service here ???? I had high hopes too but my nails were rushed and they're completely crooked, my tech was talking about the customers the whole time, some of my fingers were left bleeding with opened wounds, and the gel isn't even cured correctly (too many bubbles dents ect) please try doing better V nails, you have people out here rooting for you

If I can give half of half a star, I would. I will say the lady did a very good job with my pedicure. But when I went to get my acrylic set, I showed the man a picture and said he couldn’t do it for some reason. And also I sat underneath the hand dryer for about 15 minutes. The lady said that my nails should be dried, but when I got in the car they were still wet. The service was very rushed. Will not be returning.

The gal that did my pedicure was AMAZING! I'd pay extra for her every time and they do a good job on my gel polish.

I came in today for the first time. I did love my pedicure. But when I was done I told the girl as I was paying, that I needed to make an appt for early Monday for a full set of nails. She just nodded and left. Never came back to help me with making the appt. I'm new to the area, here on the AFB. So I guess I will take my business to Rose's Spa. I have heard they do excellent work there.

I really did want to like this Salon. But they need to work on there customer service.

I still felt it important to leave a good tip, which was $10.00
