Just went there today and I've known the owner since I was in school. Dave and Amy are the two who done and my nails and they turned out amazing. I've watched Dave do clients many times for my shadowing back when I was at Longs and he is the best ???? love my set!
On two separate visits I had the older woman do my nails and both times she has left dents in my nails even after I asked her to correct the paint job. She is also not very adept at making the correct shape and making it straight.
It’s hard to tell the shoddy gel manicure I received. After paying over $80 for gel mani/pedi and not given the color choice I requested, I cannot in good conscious recommend this nail salon. It took the nail tech forever to perform the work on my hands and feet. I use my own natural nails which should have been much faster. My friend started having her procedures at the same time and she had acrylic nails applied and was finished 45 minutes before I was finished. The nail tech that worked with me was a very nice older gentleman but just didn’t provide a professional service. I won’t return to this nail clinic.
This is the best nail place in town. Lou, Annie, Amy, all of them are great and so friendly! I've been going here for a year or so and really love the experience. They take their time which I enjoy and always get it right :)
Thinned out nails (filed) WAY to much. Had gel polish put on and my nails now flex and chipped my nail (and just left the salon). Won’t be able to have a manicure for a while now because they are so thin and fragile.
Never had any issues with my nail techs. Had a gel polish bubble and went in and they fixed it with no issues. Really like Jenny. She is meticulous with my nails.
This was the worst experience I've ever had a USA Nails. I went in to get my birthday Nails done and mind you I spent $71 dollars on nails that I didn't even get. The polish had hair in it and it's all over my nails and he didn't care to remove it so I went in the next day and told him I don't think I should have paid that much and asked him to refund me some of my money back and was told no. They basically got me for my money and didn't care .
Got my nails done a week ago from here. Payed 53 dollars and and my polish is coming off, woke up 3 days after from getting them done and I noticed like a bubble. Then boom. Paints off.
