I had a guy do my nails and he kept doing other things than what he’s getting paid for. He even went out of the salon and bought things from the market across the street. He did my nails bad, their thick, oval, and the nail art has horrible gaps. I’m never going back there again, if you want to have horribly done nails then that’s the place to go
I have been going here for over 10 years an I will never go anywhere else unless I’m out of town???? Becky an Kevin Are amazing nail techs and very knowledgeable on what they do ♥️
My nails turned out great however, my pedicure not so much. There was no cleaning after the person in front of me just rinsed out. When given a pedicure I expect my feet to feel soft and smooth again not the case. The tools used were just rinsed not sanitized in any way. For the price it isn't the service I would expect. I personally won't be returning.
First time here and they did a great job just wish they had specified the polish cost more. . got an eyebrow wax ($7)and full set ($38) ($25 full set+ $13 for polish?)and aunt got hers painted w/gel ($22). All were very well done. And staff was friendly. Fast. And efficient
only downfall was the surprise price adjustments.
Horrible customer service. Showed the guy the design i wanted. He attempted leopard print... Looked like a tan target with a thick black circle around it. I told him I did not like it. He filed it off and painted it white and would not paint the design. She refused to help or redo my nails. My daughter's got hers done... Her pinky nail was so thick and stuck straight up. Not to mention they do not sterilize equipment between customers. The use the same file and attachments on everyone without cleaning them. They also charged me $25 for my 7 yr old turning on one of the chairs. I reported them to the health department and better business. Would nit have given them a star but wanted to be able to leave a comment
I’m not much of a 1 star giver and I’m pretty frequently in the nail shop getting pedicures with my girlfriend.
The tools were not cleaned in between uses of our pedicures . No sanitation. No new toe nail clippers. Nothing.
People seem friendly.
But the cleanliness factor was absolutely disgusting
Straight trash. Employees are rude and unfriendly. There are no prices posted anywhere, like they just expect you to know how much their services are. The city should just reclaim this building and put something worthwhile in. Trash.
I went here to get my powder gel nails done… the guy did not know how to remove powder gel and completely screwed my nails up… then didn’t even know what a French tip was… so I just picked a solid color and told him to just put regular polish on… my nails came out horribly. I’ll never go back to this place again, single worst nail experience I have EVER had!
