Went in to get my eyebrows waxed. I usually get them waxed every 3 weeks to a month. I specifically tell every place I’ve ever been exactly how I want my eyebrows. I told the lady who assisted me several times that I did NOT want her to wax the middle of my brow. I told her I wanted a high arch. Not scary high but at least to MY liking! She put numerous wax strips in one area several times and now I have wax burns all around my eyes. I have bumps in between my eyebrows because that’s a sensitive area, reason I told her NOT to do that area. When she put the wax there I said NO NO NO NOT THERE she said okay and still put the strip on and ripped it off lmaooo. I will never EVER return to this place of business. I’m very understanding but when you can’t even take accountability and apologize for your mistakes then it becomes a problem! It was only a $10 service, I didn’t want the money back but the fact that everyone kinda closed me in and argued with me makes me regret EVER going! But hey I’m just 1 less customer ????????♀️
Went for a standard gel pedicure. Was too pricey compared to other salons I've been to (by about $10). The place is small and felt unclean. Not many colors to choose from like other nail salons in the area. Was seated pretty quickly, but the water was lukewarm. Technician didn't let my feet soak in the water long enough, but since the water soon turned cold, I was OK with that. The tools were not in their own separate sealed package like at most salons. The technician was new as I could tell by watching her that she was working slowly and not confident in her skills. Didn't speak much. Took longer than usual for a pedicure. She didn't thank me for my business. Is there any decent nail salon in Spring Hill???

I went there to have a Mani Pedi it was the worst experience I have ever had first of all they couldn't decide on their prices I was given three different prices second of all I told him that I was a diabetic and I have neuropathy in my feet and my legs therefore they took very little time on massaging my legs or being extra gentle with my feet third I had a acrylic set of nails done these nails look absolutely horrible I am leaving to go on vacation I spent over $82 there and it wasn't worth 10.00 by the next day the rhinestones they had glued on to my fingernails had all come off except for two not counting the fact that the shape was horrible when I tried to explain what I wanted none of them could understand me and they were rude and we're rushing, I am going to the keys to celebrate 27 years with my husband we have been together since 1986 my hands have to be photographed and this is what I'm going to get to show them. We were married in 1994 and this is what I get to show a photographer I fully expect to hear from them and if I do not I am contacting my bank and putting a stop payment or filing a dispute against him, then they had the nerve to ask for tip after all that. Here's a tip anyone looking to get your nails done stay away from us nails especially if you want them to look extremely nice or have a big event coming up. Below par doesn't even begin to explain it these people should not be in business and yet somehow it seems the worst of the worst get ahead. I will never use this place again!!! Please zoom in on pictures so you can see where rhinestones were before they fell off during the night and you'll see the holes in my nails it's truly disappointing.
I just got my nails done today there! The gentleman was awesome! I love my nails!
I couldn't be more upset with the quality of nails they do. I got my nails dipped Friday May 4th. Today may 8th my pointer finger nail completely broke off while I was putting my hair. Crappy quality nails. The inside of the salon was completely disgusting. The man who did my nals didn't even take his time completely upset. Will never be returning to this place of business
Grace is amazing with eyebrows... and Andy I follow wherever he goes! If I could give 10 stars I would!
The employees were kind and considerate. It was clean. Cost was reasonable.
I got Gel nails and Pedi with gel. 2 wks later still look great.
