My nails turned out so pretty!! This is my second time coming here and both times were amazing. The technicians were so kind and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend!!
This is my one stop shop! Anna and Marcia do a fabulous job with everything. When I get dip powder nails they typically last 30 days! Anna always pays close attention to the little details and my nails always look stunning. Marcia gives AMAZING massages! She comes from Brooklyn, New York and gives the highest quality back massages (you'll know if you get a pedicure from her by the leg massage!), however, the prices are insanely affordable! Best salon in the area.
Have been a customer for for 13+ yrs. The last couple yrs the business had gone downhill. Salon seemed dirty, nails were not clean. Lots of rough edges etc. Well there is new life at US Nails in Folsom. New ownership & new management.
Ana has done a great job, cleaning things up and breathing new life into the salon. And you can't beat their prices. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
My refill was rushed. She keep filing my skin And now I have cuts along my nail beds. She did not properly refill the nail, just putting a blob of acrylic at the nail bed. All of my nails are different shapes and sizes. This is my first and last time getting my nails done here. I will not be returning.
I absolutely love coming to this nail salon. Ana is the sweetest person and super talented! Best pedicures, manicures, and massages! Highly recommend!
I think that US Nails moved to Ridley during the pandemic. I have gone 3 times so far (2 pedicures, a polish change and eyebrows) and have absolutely loved my experience. Debbie is just so kind and I loved my toes/eyebrows. Her designs on toes are so great! I felt safe there because it was clean. Jenny (I think that is her name) also did a pedicure and I loved how thorough she was! I'm glad I found a new salon to go to!
The worst nail salon I have ever been to! They did not switch automatic filing heads and burned my fingers. Tech was doing my manicure while doing three other peoples manicures. Very rough and rushed while filing. Uneven polish. Not hygienic. Do not go here! Cheap prices but you get what you pay for
I made an appointment for 6:30p on Wednesday, August 11 with Debbie and she obliged. I arrive at 6:25p and they were still working on other clients. I understood, likely a brief delay. Debbie approaches me and I’m 100% sure she is aware that I’m waiting patiently for Joe. She asks can she provide the pedicure while Joe completes another client. And, I ask, just my nails? She agreed. Fast forward, Joe completes his client with a warm towel. I greet him, but he doesn’t actually greet me. I find this unusual. But, what is more intriguing is Joe grabs his lunch and exits. With no regard for my appointment. I find this unprofessional and poor customer service. Debbie tried to explain it, but there is no excuse. If this is how you conduct yourselves, I’m 1000% not interested in patronizing this ever again.
