Today was my first time here, and I LOVE these people and their work. I went after a long day at work, tired, in a bad mood, and their awesome attitudes made my day. They put so much effort into even the massages and the scrubs, then did amazing work and worked with me to make sure the shape and color of my nails were exactly what I wanted as a whole team effort. I had such a great time and walked away with awesome nails. 10/10 recommend ????
Excellent staff. So fun and friendly. They literally take good care of you and pay attention to the details. One of the best nail salon in the town for sure! My nails always looks great and pretty. Thank you guys.
Went there for pedicure because it was recommended by many local women in the area. The place is definitely clean and relaxing. I thought everything seemed okay when I left however when I got home on closer inspection, the pedicure was terrible. One of my pinky toes was only half done, my cuticles were a mess, and the technician painted the polish over my cuticles on majority of the nails...also the polish was streaky. Wanted to support a local business but unfortunately I can't go back.
This salon is awesome! They're under new management and they are doing a great job with the place. I always have a great experience every time I go. All of the nail techs are so nice and genuinely care about their customers. The place is also so bright and clean with a great vibe. Love it ❤️
I don't know this one star they deserve it. my nails were well done Van and the others were very nice, to me but the price was too much. In the beginning, the gentleman told me it was $88 for a pedicure and gel nails I was okay with that. In the end, the lady tells me that the total was $188 and that she gives me a reduction of -10%. All I can say that I can never go back even to my deepest dreams for me is stealing anything
So they were very nice and it’s a clean place and they did a good job. However, I paid $55.00 for my nieces nails and I think for a 4 year old that’s a little expensive. I don’t think it should be the same price as if I were to get my toes and nails done.I’d give more stars if it weren’t for the price.
I tried Urban Nail Salon last week. I am in between a 4 and 5 star review. I hope to update to 5⭐️.
First, I think you should call them to make an appointment. I used their Facebook booking and never received a confirmation. I just showed up anyway and was able to get my pedicure completed while Lisa was working on her 10:00 appointment.
My toes are amazing and Tracy did a great job. I got the upgraded pedi (leg massage, salt scrub) and it was very relaxing.
Lisa did my nails and I’m very happy with them. Simple pink with squoval shape.
I am confused with the final pricing. I asked for a manicure which I thought would be included with the up charge for the dip powder. The only “manicure” I got (aside from nail dip) was cuticle clean up that I had to specifically ask for and lotion on the arms. What I thought I would get for a manicure would be a less intensive version of my pedicure.
I did book an appointment for a few weeks later and when I’m there I will ask the questions regarding the manicure with dip pricing. I don’t dispute their prices (I read the menu before sitting down) which are reasonable I just need to understand what is included with their version of a manicure.
I really am happy with the outcome of my nails. It’s been a while since they’ve looked this nice and someone took the time to do a good job!
The facility is clean and relaxing. I like that the majority of their product is kept behind a wall so you’re not hit with an overwhelming amount of shelves loaded with gel, dip, and reg colors.
I don’t know if this place is under new management or just got a bunch of new workers but they have poor customer service and are hella rude. Snatching my hands and feet, made told me wipe my own hands with the hot towel, couldn’t even remove hang nails correctly and asked me to do it. I’ve come here about 6 or 7 times but there use to be a man who would sit and answer the phones and check you out, he had good customer service and was nice. I don’t know what’s going on but at this point I don’t even care I just won’t come back.
