I have been going here for about 8 months now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Jess is amazing at doing designs for your nails and she is just the sweetest person ever! She made my nails beautiful for my wedding day and honeymoon and i couldnt be more grateful! Best nail salon around!
There are better places out there, unfortunately not in Harrison.
Although the technician was nice, he did a poor job in my opinion. My cuticles were not manicured well at all and I expressed concern during service. He "attempted" to work a little more on one finger and then moved on. As you know this makes it difficult to polish if the cuticles are not even. The polish looks like I did it with my left hand. There are gaps in every nail and I picked polish off of my skin around almost every nail. I went back in after feeling uneasy about what I just paid for and expressed I would like a refund. The woman I spoke with said she could fix it very quickly since I had somewhere to be. I expressed I didn't have time, because it was shellac and had to be removed and redone. She kept insisting she would fix it and that they did not give refunds for poor service. I ultimately left because she made it uncomfortable and kept saying it was just one nail. It was all of them and I just didn't have the time to redo the whole thing.
I am absolutely obsessed with Nail Art. To say Jess does a good job is an understatement! She always knocks out of the park. I highly recommend this place! I will always be coming here and will become a regular???????? they are all wonderful people as well????????
I went in with my daughter's today I get a gel manicure and they just get regular polish I had to ask to have my cuticles cleaned up and was only half done all 3 of my daughter's didn't even get there old nail polish taken off all the way from there nail tech. The staff was very polite and I understand everyone is short staffed but you should do things the right way. Also my nail tech didn't even change is towel he just flipped it
