Got a gel manicure and pedicure. Place was unclean, older lady filed my toenails then used the same file on her nail then went back to filing. She cut my toenails without asking down the sides, now I still am struggling with ingrown toenails. Whatever gel they used absolutely destroyed my nails. Do not go here; it’s not worth it.

Absolutely amazing pedicure and manicure. They are super talented.

Very clean everyone is very hospitable and it is a fun business. They go the extra step to do an awesome job on your nails and pedicure!

Absolutely loved my full set, and staff was amazing!

This was a wonderful day with my Sister. It felt like a spa day. I had a full set of gel nails and gel pedicure. Impeccable job. The best I have ever had. Don did my nails and another gentleman did my pedicure. At one point I fell asleep. The salon is clean and very open. The entire staff is kind and friendly.

Every time I go I pick a sample that they already done, and they do it completely off. My nails don’t even stay on a whole week and they don’t even do a shape right. They still charged me the same even after I told them it was off and she said “it wasn’t simple” like why would you do it then? I also came in a couple days after because of course my nail was lifting and they tried to charge me for that too? You were convenient considering you’re close to my job but I’d rather drive out of the way for better quality. Nope.

Called and made an appointment. Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and 3 others waiting. Two more walked in after me with same appointment times. That's 6 people with same appointment time. There were 5 employees. There were customers being taken care of...probably combination of walkins and appointments. I was finally taken 90 minutes after my appointment time. Appears people are given a time, but it's not written down and there is no one watching for overbooking. It's unfair to employees regardless if family as they are running from one customer to next, plus customers do like same tech working on them start to finish. Watched two employees tag team 2 customers. Most customers prefer one tech the entire appointment. With all that said, my biggest gripe is the wait especially when given an appointment time only to be told, " we got busy". No, you overbooked.

I have been going to Ultra Nails for a while now, and they are friendly and get me in right away. Very personable and do an excellent service and I am satisfied everytime . I love going there.
