Normally go to Fish Inn but they keep rejecting my online order for delivery _ also portions getting smaller and service slow.
Tried UK Fish Bar for the first time in years..... quick and friendly service, large chips and even the medium cod was huge!
Batter and chips were crispy and tasty, as was the fully loaded half pounder burger - delicious but could not finish it all.
Definitely our new go to chippy.
Expect to queue on a Friday night, but it's always worth it. Card payment accepted over £10 & remember that medium chips will probably be enough for 2!
If you have a fancy for fish and chips - or something similar.....just come here!
Not been here for a few years as there chips always seemed to taste dry, anyway was walking home from town with my son today and decided to give it a try again, very polite and friendly good size portion and tasted lovely, nothing not to like.

Best piece of fish I've eaten in ages - lovely light batter, not greasy and the fish had a lovely flavour to it. Chips were nice and crisp with flavour too. A very pleasant find! Our local (Weymouth) fish and chip shops could learn a thing or two.
