I'm happy with this store. They carry items I can't find elsewhere (including different colors) unless I order online. And they have enough inventory! Nothing worse then needing 3 bags of hair and only 2 are available. I stop by every time I'm in town.

Still not able to try on hair because of Covid19. I still purchased products. Won't be back until the ban is lifted.

Mrs Susan and her husband is always ready and available to assist everyone that walks through their doors. They are one of the most friendliest and professional couples in Springfield business. Thank you both for your business and kindness ????????❤️❤️

Great service and the young lady made me feel very welcoming. If they don't got the hair you want they will order it.

This place has lots of items you can purchase but never will go again because they don't have a place that you can use the restroom and when you spend a lot of time this is something that is essential to good customer service. We spend lots of money in these stores why is the expectation that we go to the business down the way to empty our bladder?

The owner here is very nice she was surprised that I spoke to her and held a conversation with her because customer's when they come in they just shop,pay & go. Not me I was in the back trying on all types of wigs & had a fun time while I was doing it???? I had a girl help me in the back she was so sweet & patient. I brought a wig it was on sale I love it! Only paid $22.00 with tax. I will be going back to buy more wigs fir my photo shoot ????
