Always able to get in, little to no wait. Kristen is always great and does a great job.
Got into there last minute for a several hour perm with a stylist who made every hour so easy. She was very sweet and seemed very good at what she did. I would recommend giving them a call and ask for Kristen. She took care of me on a Monday when most shops are closed, for a difficult style and was the most reasonably priced stylist I've ever come across. Said she was the "new" girl but needs to know what an asset she is to the shop.
Wow, I've never had such a rough haircut! I specifically reminded the lady, wish I knew her name, she's in the north west side of the store....
I reminded her of my sensitive brain implant and to be careful cutting around it.
This lady hit her comb against my head the whole time and pulled my hair excessively.... this seemed personal. Maybe she was just having a bad day.... Like, idk if I've ever upset this lady, but she was terrible to me. It was mean...

Even with no appointment I can always get very fast service at Tyler's. The girls are all very friendly, do a great job, and the price is ridiculously cheap.
