The first time I went I was satisfied. The next time I got a different nail tech and she really messed up my nails. The nail tech could only do basic nails and she couldn’t understand me. A nail broke after a week. They won’t be getting my business ever again.
I love the sight of this place I call 2nd home ❤️Always clean neat, smell good , awesome customer service and most of all: Tammie, Tahoe, Mom????????❤️ the best family I ran into in a while. Worst Shop ever!!!!!! bad customer service I visit this location and she had her younger daughter do my nails which i had no problem. She did my nails wrong making the acrylic too thick the daughter said she was still learning. I did not like them so i told her i wanted them done right the owner which is the Mom got angry and said that i wasted her time and all i wanted was my money worth. She knew She was wrong but instead argued with me told me no she could not take it off and racial profiled me saying i always come complaining when that was my first time there. Being the sweet Black women i am i still paid for the services and she made me soak them myself. she never said sorry or anything
Hasn't been a week and my nails are peeling and I have the jel polish
Rude and unprofessional. She burnt my fingers with the nail grinder even after I repeatedly told her it hurt and the nails started coming off after two days.
I’ve been there several times and whenever I go they are never open
