Absolutely delicious food! Macaroni & the beer battered fish was outstanding. Our daughter said her meal was delicious too. Every meal made fresh. Service was lovely also :)

Normally the one place I always attend when we go to Arbroath. On this occasion we were very dissatisfied and disappointed. Our food wasn't up to the standards we always expect and receive from dining here. And the price was way overboard for what we had. Won't be my go to anymore. ????

Been in twice at lunch time for a pint of Bellhaven and a bowlnof soup. Strongly recommend the soup. Today's mushroom soup was delicious as was the tomato and pepper soup a couple of days ago.

Staff (and customers) were really welcoming and friendly

Wow! What a fantastic little restaurant. Very bright and friendly atmosphere, staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely fantastic, I had the sirloin steak, pictured below (forgive the onion ring with a bite mark, they looked yummy!). Often when I order a medium steak, it is often undercooked, not this time. Cooked perfectly, the steak was delicious! The peppercorn sauce was creamy and tasty and did not overpower the steak in any way, onion rings were crunchy and tasty. My wife had the special, hot salmon with prawn marie rose, which was all delicious also. Kids had sausages and pizza, both were very happy with their meals. Pricing was good, we have eaten in many places more expensive which were nowhere near as good. All in all, a fantastic meal and thoroughly enjoyed, will definitely return.

In Arbroath for a nostalgia visit. Remembered Tutties from my time here in the ‘70’s, so popped in for lunch.
