I came in as a walk in and I was treated like a faithful regular. I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 15 years now, and in all my years I haven’t had someone so kind gentle and genuinely caring doing my nails she really took her time and exceeded my expectations. I didn’t catch her name but she was a blessing to me! Thank you so much!!

Tu Nails is my go-to for gel manicures! They always looks great and stay on for at least 2 weeks, and I am rough on my hands between work and life so I have a hard time finding places where my nails last 2+ weeks. The only thing is they don't do great designs (in my experience), but I rarely wants designs so it's not a big deal to me.

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I’ve been getting my nails done at TU Nails for years and have never had a bad experience. My nails always look great when I walk out of there. The women that work in there are polite and do a great job. Maybe some people who are giving negative reviews are misinterpreting cultural differences, I definitely will continue to get my nails done at TU Nails!

I have gone to multiple places to get manicures and pedicures. Out of all the places Tu nails is the best. The prices are reasonable and so far they have done a great job on my nails.

I’m not sure we’ll see this review, I normally don’t leave reviews. However I feel like I should let people know about the very bad experience that I had. The lady was very rude and flippant towards me.

Every time I made a very simple request or asked her to make a slight modification, she would make it seem like it was the hardest thing ever and make the biggest deal out of it = sighing, huffing, just generally seem very annoyed at the fact that I would ask her something as simple like can you make it a little bit thinner because it’s too thick.

The nails didn’t turn out the way I wanted them but I was just so tired of her behavior I wanted to just get out of there.

I scheduled an appointment 5 hours in advance. When I arrived I was told to pick out a color. It was 15 minutes before I was brought to a pedicure station. Another 25 before someone even started the pedicure - by this time the water was cold!! During the pedicure the technician hurt me when trying to get an edge of toenail out. Poor quality of gel polish and never asked what type of pedicure I wanted. Even though I didn’t get the best one, they still had the audacity to charge $60?!?!? NEVER going back!!

Kim did a magnificent job fixing my nails that another place had not done a good job and she was very honest and gracious with her work and time! Definitely a customer for life here!!!
