This is a great family-ran barber shop! Quay took care of me as a walk-in and showed great attention detail even though he had one of his regulars come in just after I sat down. I know I can come back here for a solid cut when I'm in the Greenville area!

Needed a good barber for Mother’s Day and TB took very good care of me! The atmosphere was warm and friendly, the customer service was awesome and the work performed was outstanding!! They alleviated my anxiety of trusting a new barber in my new hometown. I love Greenville and now I love my new barbers! I feel like I now have new big but little brothers! Love you guys! See y’all soon!

One of the best shops my son has every been to. The barber's are great, their skills are on point. Clean and inviting. As a women I tend to chill in the car when I bring my son to a barber because the conversations are not my thing but here I don't feel that way. Thank you guys. Trey loves you guys. Glad to be a loyal customer of this establishment that’s suitable for kids and all adults. First had my hair cut by the owner in 2012 after returning from Active Duty. Since then, I was committed to being a loyal customer. Currently a truck driver and it’s no issue letting my hair grow like it does and ONLY get it cut when I’m off the road at TRU Blends Barbershop. Go get your hair cut and styled. I assure you full satisfaction.

An truly Professional Experience. I am a over the road driver so I have visited my different Barbar Shops and I would rank TRU Blends among the best in the nation. Your lines will be sharp and you will leave excited, ready to show off your new cut.

Being that we are in a pandemic and the barber shops were now open on today I was going to go get a fresh cut and there was a wait (which I had no problem with). But one of The barbers told me that they will call me when they had anaan seat opened.And during that waiting period I had left to get gas and my car was not cranking up so while I was going through those situations the barber from TRU Blends called me back and I told him the situation about my car not starting and he basically hung up in my face which I think is poor service and very non-professional and I don't think that I would ever give these people my services in the future!

First time there. Worst cut I've ever had and I was in the military. Walking in, there was a harsh smell. I did not care for the atmosphere at all. It wasn't all that clean either. I had the first barber on the left. I don't know his name - don't care to know because I'm not going back. I went ahead with the cut here because I had already left two other barbershops due to long waits or high prices. $15 here. The barber kept jabbing me in the head and ears with the clippers. He cut one side shorter than the other. I did not get a friendly feeling there either. The cut was decent enough. I'll just have to let it grow out and find somewhere else to go.

Yes, sir. You did greet me and I appreciated that but I don't remember anyone else greeting me. My barber only talked to me at the start and end of the cut. That is not what I would call a friendly or inviting environment. It is absolutely true that there was a terrible smell when I walked in. My first impression was that there was not pride in keeping this place neat and orderly. There were large piles of hair on the floor. It is understandable that there will be some hair but that was more hair than I've ever seen on a barbershop floor. You did sweep it up while I was there but when I get an uneasy feeling about the cleanliness of a place, I look more closely at the overall cleanliness and your shop was not clean, sir. It is also absolutely true that my barber kept jabbing in the head and ears while he cut my hair. I thought he must be fresh out of barber school if he went at all. It is absolutely true that he cut one side shorter than the other. I also don't consider it very friendly or professional that would attack my comments. I gave my honest and fair assessment of my experience. This morning, I considered giving you another shot at making it right provided I got a response that a customer would expect after such an experience, but your response only confirms my decision to not go back. I should have trusted my instinct and walked out when I stepped through the door but I needed a cut, so I thought I would give you a chance. Y'all blew it.
