I've been coming to Trina for years.dont think your coming for the serene epic pedi experience. I like the ease of coming in and out no appointment, and the ladies are so sweet. If you want a no thrills easy going pedi exp. This is your place.

Cramped salon area located in the back of this beauty store. You can tell they don’t clean all their tools after every customer. & although my tech was friendly, it seemed like she was rushing while doing my ped & kept checking her phone! You can find a better salon with the same prices to do your nails better than this one. Oh & the owner (old man in the front) is not friendly at all
Becareful, some girls don't pay attention to what they're doing. I got cut and it got infected. But the pedicure is really good, with Taylor. She is way better than the girl that cut me. The younger girls know what they're doing. Start away from the older ladies, not good.
Fair priced. And the ladies do great work on your nails. I took my girlfriend to a nice nail salon in the mall. The lady was real nice and could speak Japanese so they could understand each other. But within three days her nails are chipping. Here are nails haven’t shipped for over three weeks awesome job thank you very much
By far my favorite salon I color and design. Customer service is almost always good. They could improve in this area but if you have an idea and want your tech to do it, this is the best place. Susan gives a great facial.
I gave them a call to see if they had openings. I was told they did and asked to come down. When I entered I asked about the salon (the salon is located inside a beauty store) and I was instructed to head to the back. I walked through the cramped little isles and found the nail shop. I stood there about 10 minutes and although I made eye contact with more than one technician no one greeted me or said anything. I approached a technician and she told me to go back to the front of the beauty shop and check in. When I went to “check in “ the guy told me I would have to wait TWO HOURS to be seen. I had just called and was told they had availability. I drove all the way down just to be told to wait two hours. The place was cramped, dirty, and the customer service and communication was garbage!
My aunt and I had been coming here for years & seeing Kimmie. She has moved on to better things now but we used to love this place so I figured I’d get a full set! Jenny did my nails and she did bad :( I got a gel full set and the acrylic is thick, the nail polish isn’t covering the full nail, and it just looks rushed. I’m very disappointed. For $45 it could’ve been better.
