Hi there I have left my house keys on the pitch and was told the receptionist/ caretaker has it.
Has a red yellow and green colours on it is there any point of contact as I have no way to get into my home

I can't comment on the sport facilities but the pond and wildflower meadow are great. Aquatic birds include Canada Geese, Coots, Mallard Ducks, Moorhens and an occasional Heron.
The Sports and Social Club has three bars - a large public bar and two suitable for meetings and events. The public bar is standard social club stuff - the decor's not great but the staff are friendly and the drinks are cheap. The choice of beers and ciders on tap is limited - this isn't a venue for real ale and cider enthusiasts - but is fine for a quick pint or two on a sunny afternoon.
One major downside is the entrance from Orchard Gardens - it looks more like it's there to keep people out than to welcome them. Litter can be a problem too, particularly around the skate park and the pathway that leads to Highbridge Street and McDonalds.
All in all it's a lovely place to spend a summer afternoon. The pond particularly is a great, and underused, picnic spot.
Great park. Good walk for the dog and a nice play area for kids.
Went for football u13 match, 11am meet. astro turf very good. Food available by golf range takeaway and seating available. Small playground next to pitch. Only downfall car parking space.
Nice for an early morning dog walk, quiet and well maintained. Would rate 5 stars for that.
Later in the day unfortunatley big kids dominate the skate park and there can be a bit of trouble with young adults mugging children. Needs security patrols.
Quality Food & Friendly service , unbeatable!!
Usually town mead is a nice place for walking the dog. Recently it has been plagued with kids getting drunk with crates of beer. Don't get me wrong I'm sure we all done it as a child. But they are smashing bottles and leaving bottle caps over the floor. I can't walk my dog over there due to her injuring herself on the glass
It's steeped in history, feels like a very small version of Cambridge. It even has Free public toilets which are clean & you don't have to hold your breath....close by is the white water rafting and Gunpowder mills oh and the Canal .
