I went in today for a full set and a gel polish. The set should have been $28 and the Polish $20. Somehow I was charged $50, and I'm so disappointed. For $50, I expected way better quality. There was no cuticle prep, I have gell polish all around my nails on my skin and the Polish is see through in the sun. I'm so disappointed ????
I’m writing this after my third visit. My mother, daughter, and myself come as a little girls trip out. My daughter is young and just gets a mani/pedi. For her I pay just under $30. To me this is high in comparison to the $15-$20 I’d pay at a different salon. The pedicure they do for her is the exact same as an adult which is nice since I pay the adult price. The manicure though is a trim, file, and polish which is fine but isn’t as detailed as an adults.
My mother has naturally long strong nails and always has a hard time finding a salon that can give her a nice manicure. This is the only place in town so far that does natural nails well.
I get either a full set or fill and a pedicure. The pedicures are amazing. They include a quick stone massage as well. My full set is always amazing and the shape is always on point!
Do not spend the extra on the gel polish sometimes they charge $10 extra sometimes $18. And the color selection for gel is not fantastic. Their regular polish holds up really well anyways. I will say the selection of all the polishes is awful.
One thing to keep in mind is that they nickel and dime you. If you want anything other than a short square nail it’s $5 extra. If you want two different color polishes even if one is just a glitter on top it’s at least $1 extra.
Overall I can say that in my area it’s the best I’ve found.
The owner/guy was not friendly. I was the first to arrive at open. Service was very slow- I wanted to get other services done but it took 1 1/2 hours so was not able too. For my pedicure, he has me sit, ran the water which was not warm. I said until someone else came in about 40 minutes later. I asked her could she put some hot water in, she said I was suppose to ask when it was first ran or tell them, which the guy didn’t even ask anything. I will not return. The ladies are nice but the guy is not friendly.
For a while I stop coming, they are so unprofessional, everytime I go lee always aurguing with someone, they never do what you ask for, they do what they want then charge you what you didn't ask for. Price be one way when you start but once your done all of a sudden it change So I took a chance and went back, and well some things just don't change. Why ask the costumer what would you like to do if you gonna do different. NEVER AGAIN ????????????????????????????
The gentleman at the front is always rude! I won’t be back after this past time, and it’s a shame because the pedicures are amazing!
I have been coming here for years but then stopped for a while because I was a new mom. My mom recently got me back in to coming here and our first experience wasn’t all that bad. The lady did exactly what I wanted and they were so pretty! However, Le is extremely rude, not very patient and doesn’t listen to customers requests AT ALL!! I asked for a pastel pink for my nails (of course I got gel) and instead he did a shimmery pink. After I kept telling him it’s not what I wanted he kept grabbing the same color. I ended up walking out with shimmery pink nails. My mom ended up with pink nails instead of purple. Either they have their gel polishes labeled wrong or he just does not listen to his customers. Let’s not even start on how he treated my sister. Next time I will just pay the extra whatever that another salon would charge instead of coming here again. He needs to re-evaluate how he treats his customers. Other than that, the rest of the staff is amazing and actually listens to what you want. If I show them a picture of what I want I get it no problem.
Me and my best friend went and got pedi and a fill in for her and pedi and full set for me the young man and older lady that did our pedis great the older man lee i believe was horrible never been treated so bad getting my nails done. My best friend was born with her arm not like everyone elses and she has to turn it with her other hand and he was rude as hell about it just rude all around. Then there was only a 5$ difference when she had her nails done already and we litterly did the same thing other then hers was a fill in. He snatched my hand was rough as hell. Just horrible experience with him. I told him he was rude and his customer service sucked and he didnt apologize for anything.
It was super nice, my toes look so amazing, but there were only 2 workers . Thankfully I was kinda in a rush anyways so he went fast; so that’s good and bad. The massages he did was so good. The prices are not too bad(I got a gel pedi and acrylic on my big toes 52$)
