I came in at 6:30pm on a Thursday night their shop closed at 7pm. Ryan sat me in his chair and gave me the most beautiful set I have ever had in my life ???? most places see customers come in near closing time and they rush through the work and customers leave unhappy not here Top Nails took good care of me took their time making sure my acrylic was laid perfectly and the inspiration photo I had Ryan nailed it to the T, I’m new to the area and now have found my new nail shop. Wonderful place very hospitable business!

My EXPERIENCES over the years have been a MIXED BAG. My husband and I go there off and on since they are close to our house.

Their most valuable employee is MISS KIM, who does our pedicures. She is super friendly and does exactly what we request.

I love getting my eyebrows waxed here; they are always perfect. Even if I walk in for this service, waiting seems minimal.

There have been many excellent services and a few not-so-good ones.

We will continue going to this nail spa simply because the place is convenient, and positive experiences still outweigh the negatives.

I have been going to Ryan for 3 years and have never had a complaint! Today he put hearts on my nails at no charge for my daughter Ariana who has been in the ICU fighting covid pneumonia for 31 days. ???? Ryan is my go to guy but the entire staff is great!

Went there got my nails done by a gentleman the owner was not there, he charged me $42 for this gel set! Mind you these are my real nails!! When I arrived I had dip powder on my natural nails & they were little bit longer . I asked him to cut the nails down . During my appointment I let him know what I wanted I told him originally I had dip but then I ended up getting gel with overlay. Previously the owner did my nails with the dip and did not charge me nearly as much!!! These are my natural nails/ needing a fill-in... The price charged is upsetting!! That's all.

Outstanding nail services and amazing customer service. Always a very welcoming family environment. Have always enjoyed getting my nails done here and have never had any issues. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have 10/10 nails done! They have never failed me and have gotten me in quickly! The owners are some of the most friendly people i've ever met and always make me feel welcomed and taken care of!

Love Love Love the new management , the place looks way better than it did , they have a lot more colors and designs to choose from , Ryan did a great job on my Chome nails he made sure I was satisfied and comfortable as a customer , everyone is friendly and professional, I will definitely recommend to anyone .

First time posting a review but I have to say I love this salon. I don’t know what all the other negative salon were about because Kim and Tina are the sweetest person ever. They took their time to do my mani and pedi. This salon has the largest selection of gel polish I’ve ever seen. Needless to say I will be back.
