Terrible salon , I would never come here again . 30$ pedicure I could’ve done myself at home . Rush job to get to the next person . Didn’t even do a good job painting needed another coat . Nail dryer is a joke a little box on the floor . Not accessible to kids and she was impatiently holding a fan that she took away when nails were still wet . Should not have even tipped her. Don’t charge 30$ for a pedicure and give 1 star service .

I had my nails done here twice and the second time convinced me I just couldn’t return. The lady I got was so rude and disrespectful that this review I can only hope explain what kind of service I dealt with.
I’m a nurse and on my feet for 12-16 hrs a day several days a week. I got a hot stone spa(?) pedicure and it felt “okay” for $55. The lady didn’t use enough pressure and kind of raced through it, and it was the part I look forward to most of all being how much my feet hurt at the end of a shift. She did my gel toe nails beautifully. I got a different lady for my nails, and she grabbed my hand with force. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and I’ve never had someone grab my hand like that. I didn’t say anything as I don’t like confrontation and thought maybe it was an accident. She didn’t take off all the polish. When she put the powder/gel she didn’t use the first filer on all the nails. First of all back up she didn’t even cut my nails prior to applying the powder when I told her I wanted to go shorter. I thought she knew what she was doing she’ll just file it down. Anyways like I said she only used the first file around my cuticle and kept cutting into my fingers. She was so rough. She didn’t use it on the rest of the nail to file down the thickness like any other place has done in the history of gel nails. Then she went over it with the fatter buffing drill bit (the second one they use) couldn’t be for more than a couple of seconds each finger and she was literally pulling my fingers fast with force and throwing them down. She then filed my nail and I politely asked her “can you please make them straight instead of fanned out?” She threw the file down and said “what you mean?! They straight! Can’t make any straighter” and refused to file my nails so I asked and did it myself while she sat cross armed staring at me. I asked her to make my nails thinner and she barely passed over it again with the first drill bit. She was very forceful in grabbing my hand and throwing my fingers down that it was more than just a heavy handed person. She was outright rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. Not sure if it’s menopause because she looked older or what but I was so upset. It’s been weeks I’ve contemplated writing this review but it still bothers me so. The lady who did my feet was a sweetheart but for $55 please don’t rush through someone’s massage! I’m an amazing tipper and I really count on that part to restore some sanity to my soles lol.
Horrible job! Just went to get my toes done & noticed my toenail is cut crooked! My fault for not paying attention but still! This is the 2nd time in a row it’s happened. Also, she needed another coat! I’m done going here. They are horrible! Not like they used to be! They aren’t even busy and tush through it.
I went to get my acrylic nails taken off and a new set put on. When you have long acrylics you do not clip the nail directly in the middle you clip on the sides first. He clipped them down the middle and cracked my real nail underneath. Then he continues to try to cut my nail while it is still bleeding and I am telling him the real nail is cut in half. I kept asking for a minute because I felt like I was going to pass out and he got a bowl of acetone to dip my hand in while it is bleeding which then caused it to burn. I was then told that this happened because the acrylic was old and not because of the way he clipped my nails to begin with. I will not be going back and I will tell all of my friends to never go there. Unless you want to leave in pain.
I asked for a manicure and pedicure, gel french. The entire time this lady was rushing. I do not believe the equipment she used was sterilized, but this was my first time ever getting anything like this done so I did not know any better. She barely let my feet soak or dry properly, was on the phone via bluetooth the entire time, and just kept tapping and pushing or grabbing my feet or hands to signal me. I realized she was rushing me once I saw everyone else with towels around their legs and getting full leg massages, and when my sister who started at the same time as me, was still getting massaged when my manicure was finishing up. She just put a whole bunch of oil on my legs and barely massaged it in which was gross. When I asked her for round nails, she still filed them square. Overall the nails came out okay, but I am NEVER going here again. Not worth $80 whatsoever. It was crowded, and the environment did not feel clean or sterile. I always tip, and refused to do so here.
The salon is crowded and run down with nail polish marks on everything. I did not see any indication of sanitizing instruments.
They did not soak or soften my cuticles before clipping them which resulted in tugging and discomfort during the manicure and they were not smooth upon completion. The technician did a good job polishing and the French tips were well done but the manicure didn’t even last a week. The photos attached to the review were taken 5 days after the manicure - many nails have chipped/peeled with all nails showing visible bubbles underneath the edges. I would have peeled the polish off completely already if I wasn’t planning to return for a refund.
I do my lashes there...NEVER MY NAILS. It's like a flea market there. They're always in a hurry to take the next customer. It's not about QUALITY....it's all about the BENJAMINS.
No my usual place for a manicure. Walked in and was told "pick color." I followed the directions and was approached by someone on the staff who advised me that crystal gel was better. I wanted dip powder. They sat me in front of the door. It was 14 degrees outside. The technician went through the process and took my card for payment. At that moment I put on my glasses and looked at my nails and they were a mess. Lumpy and smudged. She did not allow the top coat to dry completely. She was impatient. I told the receptionist that this was not acceptable. She ignored me. The technician was obviously annoyed when I told her I could not leave with my nails in this condition. She took a square block and filed off the top coat angrily. There was dried glued powder stuck under my fingernails and on my skin. The edges of my nails were as if I just played with rocks. Terrible experience. I had to come home and refile the edges so I didn't injure my clothing. The top coat that she ended up using is not used for dip powder so I am certain within a few days this manicure will be useless. This use to be a great place to get a manicure. It is not now. When I was leaving I asked the receptionist for change so I could tip my nail tech..... you may ask why..... because I am not mean. The receptionist said... do you want me to have someone fix those???? Need I say more?
