Service was fine, nails were not it. The design had to be redone by another person. Nails looks sloppy and looks like I did them at home
The gentleman cut my finger open and it wouldn’t stop bleeding in the first minute of sitting down. I put the bandage on myself and I didn’t want to finish but he insisted on just trimming the nails, and then charged me for the service. I wouldn’t come here again.
Clean. Great attention to detail. Fair prices.
UPDATE: Been going here consistently for over 1.5-year now. Still great.

Moved to Schaumburg two years ago been to a couple of nails salon. And I wasn’t happy with the service at those nails salon. Then I can one day to top nails and I must say their the best. the staff are wonderful Nice and kind The place is clean the service is great.
This place used to be semi decent pre pandemic but now they are AWFUL!! Staff is rude, prices are incredibly high and not worth it! They’re cheap and rush through your appointment. Save yourself the time and money and go literally anywhere else!
The woman who did my moms pedicure was very aggressive and rude even after we explained my mom had just had surgery on her legs a month ago. My mom had let her know she didn’t need the massage she just wanted the most basic pedicure she could get and once the woman pulled out the cheese grater to use on her feet we should have just ran since that tool is known to be a banned in most salons since it spreads infection and leaves clauses worse than before. But my mom wanted to give the woman the benefit of the doubt since the woman was visibly annoyed that my mom had asked to not have the massage or warm towel. My moms heels are completely torn to shreds and she has been in nonstop pain since her pedicure and it was the absolute worst experience she has ever had at a nail salon.
As always, my experience was incredible, the entire Team is accommodating and friendly. Everyone is efficient and talented, I had tried somewhere else just based on convenience and the experience was awful in comparison!! Keep up the good work!! You are all AMAZING in my book!!
