I don’t see how a place like this is allowed to stay open. They don’t know proper Customer Service. They are RUDE! They always close before the hours posted on the door. We rushed to them before close and arrived at 7:54pm. My daughter needed an orange bow for school the next day. She ran to the door and it was locked. I look at my phone and it said 7:56pm. The sales rep walked over toward the door. I thought she was going to open it for my daughter. Instead she cut off the light and walked away. Didn’t even acknowledge her standing there. Serve your community. Learn your regular customers. I’ve given too much of my money to this place monthly, and they continue to be rude. The picture I took is of the sales associates standing at the door looking at me at 7:59pm. As you can see they close at 8:00pm. I’m done.

I had a great experience here; one of the sales associates went out of her way to order an item for me. They don’t usually carry the product, but she made several calls and placed a special order to get me what I needed the next day.

$5.99 for Unstretched Expression hair is pretty pricey, given that all other beauty supplies sell it for half that price. I only come here when I have an emergency. Other than that, K Beauty Supply in Lawrenceville has a larger selection for more reasonable prices.

I have been shopping at this location since the day they opened the doors. Nothing but good experiences. I always find the supplies I need. My clients also get all their hair care and beauty needs. Happy customer here. Conveniently close and great great customer service.

I’m greet me, when you see I’m lost in the store ask if I need help. I’ve spent way too much money in this store to feel as if my patronizing them doesn’t matter or needing help is annoying. Thank you come again goes a long way!!

This beauty supply store is fully stocked and well maintain, neat and clean. In and out as fast as you want to.

I was racially profiled because I was walking all around the store trying to find the right products for my 4c hair and they keep following me and asking me if I need help. Every time i looked up , it’s someone asking me or my husband if we needed help. I was in there for like 10 minutes and they kept crowding other African American people and I really don’t appreciate it. It’s one lady that’s really kind to help me but the other two really made me feel uncomfortable shopping at that store again. If you are Black and want to find this store as a good place to shop … turn back because you will be uncomfortable shopping there. It’s sad and ridiculous. They are over priced as well.

This was my first visit here today and I’m shocked to read the reviews on this place because I had a totally different experience. The ladies were working restocking shelves. I was never followed. My receipt was correct. I found all the items I needed plus more. I feel that their store needs more space for maneuvering purposes but overall I had a great experience. I would just say go for yourself! Sometimes people have different attitudes as customers so you can’t take everyone’s words as facts. Just go experience it for yourself. Especially if it’s close in distance to you.
