Hands down the BEST nail technicians you will find in the Roanoke Valley. I’m a salem native for 30 years, and had my nails done from Brooklyn to Athens. These are the people to see! The guy is the best. He did my nails so cute. Acrylic looks like my real nails. The ladies are terrible. One of the ladies put too much polish on my friend's nails. 2hrs later polish came off my best friend's nails just like a peeling mask.
Made an appointment for 2 people at 12, and then had to wait for 15 minutes until they started. Asked for gel and they gave me acrylic with gel polish and still charged as gel. The prices they have posted are not accurate. UV lamp was so dirty and covered in polish and when I had to stick my hands inside I was touching dirt, dust, or whatever it was. I was charged $5 extra for all the colors, and then charged even more because I wanted my cuticles cut. Is that not apart of a manicure whether its gel or not? Didn't use any type of nail protectant on my nails, and just started painting.I have regular polish on my toes, one color and asked for a deluxe pedicure. Most tubs have the plastic caps for sanitary reasons. Nope, not here and didn't even clean before she started on me. Cut my friends toe so deep she was bleeding.Only thing she did was use a hot towel on my legs, and scrubbed my feet with a pumice stone. As you can tell from the picture, my nails are not long, and besides the colors, there are no stones, jewels, designs, bells and whistles, etc. My total was $93. That's absurd! I've gotten nails that were super long, pedicures with stones, and two types of scrubs, designs and jewels and have NEVER paid that much for 5 colors. If you're gonna charge that much at least ask how my day is, offer me water or a snack, something! Asked one question before I was passed to another lady. Moral of this post: sure my nails are cute, but not worth the price or experience. Find another place unless you like being over charged for basic nails.(sorry if the price pic is blurry)
They were so friendly and the extras you get with a pedicure compared to most places was amazing! I will definitely be going here from no on.
It was my first time having my nails done and I came here with good expectations, and they were fulfilled! My nails look wonderful, Tammy did a spectacular job on them, I will definitely be coming here again!
2nd time coming here for a pedicure and I am very pleased with Leanna's work. I also want to note that it was very nice of them to still able to squeeze us in at the last minute and Tammy decided to stay later to finish my friend's mini manicure. I highly recommend this place, its clean and they do a very good job.
Tammy did an amazing job on my nails! I waa referred here by a coworker and I was not disappointed. It is very clean and everyine is very nice. I will be coming back!!!
